The bachelor’s thesis describes various ways of teaching vocational training in today’s world. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of vocational training, its history, organization, methots, and forms of implementation. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey was conducted to determine how students perceive the professionalism of teachers in theoretical and practical education and whether the subject matter covered in vocational subjects is sufficient for today’s needs. The second part of the survey focuses directly on students in vocational training, examining the aspects that are crucial to them when choosing vocational practice and what influences their approach and performance in vocational practice the most.

The bachelor thesis on the topic "Design of Modular Teaching for the Electro Mechanic for Equipment and Devices" deals with the modular form of teaching. In recent years, pedagogy has been striving for a more modern education that would meet the requirements of today's times and would enable high school students to better apply themselves in the labour market. That is why I have prepared a proposal of modules that connect to each other and are organized from the easiest to the most complex ones. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to achieve a unification of the material that is discussed between the theoretical and practical teaching. However, the whole module system depends on the school management, which would have to modify its school curriculum to achieve that.
Analysis of the workplace of the workshop teacher

This thesis focuses on the job analysis of the professional training teacher. The output is the job description. For the purpose of the research the group of respondents is narrowed down to the specialization Hairdresser. The first part is theoretical overview based on literature and relevant internet sources, it is focused on the explanation of basic terms related to the jobs analysis. The practical part describes the situation in schools and provides basic characteristics of respondents. The job analysis carried out through a questionnaire survey follows. Analysis result is a job description, the final version is completed by a direct interview with a supervisor of the examined position. The final job description should facilitate the tender for principals of schools, it can serve as a basis for the tender notice and subsequently facilitate the selection of a suitable candidate for the position of the professional education teacher. The candidates should get a better idea of the job, of what its purpose is and what the duties and responsibilities relating to it are. These descriptions considerably help labor office employees to mediate contacts between employers and job candidates.
Qualification and personal prerequisites for the profession of vocational training teacher

This bachelors thesis deals with the qualification and personal prerequisites for the profession of vocational training teacher. It points out not only the qualification of the pedagogical worker, his legal constraints and possible exceptions, obligations and rights but also his preconditions, which are a vital part of the teaching profession. The work aims to show the importance of quality education of teachers of vocational training both in terms of vocational and pedagogical, which should be an integral part of the requirements for teachers in Czech education system. The work consists of a theoretical and practical part. The former further is divided into three chapters, and the latter is consisted of a case study. The first chapter deals with the qualifications of pedagogical staff, their exceptions, obligations and rights of teachers. The second focuses on the teacher's personality. So the prerequisites for the profession's performance, the typology and temperament of the teacher are addressed. The third compares the course of the pedagogical minimum, its content, the range of information, knowledge and skills with the bachelor's study. The goal of my bachelor's work is to prove, that during the studying at the university I got many capabilities, which could not be obtained in the practise. The work has been divided into several parts, but all of them go in for the teaching profession of the professional training, and so even from the theorethical or the practical point of view.
