The master‘s thesis is about creating a real marketing strategy for the hygienic product by the trading company called Hygset s.r.o. located in Brno. The first part summarizes the theoretical basis of the thesis and defines terms related to marketing strategy. Follows complex analysis of the current state by professional methods and research. Based on the findings in the previous parts, consumer-oriented marketing strategy itself is prepared so the strategic goals of the company are reflected.

I will introduce basic pieces of knowledge about this theme (for example establishment of trading company), but also more deep attainments (such as „news from company culture“).

The bachelor thesis focuses on the taxation of individual legal forms of business in the Czech Republic. There are some changes in tax legislation that may affect the taxation period in 2017 presented in the thesis. The theoretical starting points of the thesis are applied to a practical example, which deals with the choice of suitable legal forms of business in terms of optimizing the tax burden.

The legal form change of a trading company conversion is a difficult process due to which the structure of the company changes dramatically. This step is a result of the company dramatical growth. Also lately the company goes through increasing demand factor of its market environment. The purpose of the company legal form change in our case is a clearer capital structure assignment and also the possibility of free tallage disposal.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and reporting of economic indicators as part of the financial management of the selected trading company. In the first part of the work, there are defined the theoretical starting points related to the given topic, which are later used in the analytical part. The second part of the work is focused on the description of the company and the user reporting system, indicators of internal company centers and financial indicators. The last part of the work describes the proposals for a more effective solution in the financial management process.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of selecting a suitable information system to simplify customer relationship management and support project management of a small company. After an initial recapitulation of the basic concepts and methods used, it focuses on the actual analysis of the current state of the company. Based on the analysis, the individual requirements for the information system are then defined. The aim is to select and implement an information system for the company that meets the defined requirements and provides managers with an easier path to new business opportunities, administration, project management and customer relationship management.
