Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obchodními společnostmi, speciálně pak problematikou založení a vzniku obchodních společností, na kterou nahlíží nejen z právního, ale i daňového a účetního hlediska. Kromě základních informací o daném tématu obsahuje také výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých právních forem obchodních společností a cenné poznatky o finanční a časové náročnosti celé problematiky z praxe. This bachelor’s thesis deals with trading companies, especially the problems of establishment and foundation of trading companies, which is seen not only from legal but also from tax and accounting aspects. This work contains basic information about this theme, advantages and disadvantages of different legal forms of trading companies and valuable knowledge about the financial and time requirements from working experience.
