Diploma thesis „Management of personal development“ is focused on the analysis in the management of personal development in the production company ITAB Shop Concept CZ, a.s. focusing on technical-economic workers, and especially to the managers of company. The theoretical part is focused on the fundamental concepts in this area, defining the manager’s personality, his demands, self-management (time and stress management), training and development employees. It also discusses the internal and external factors acting on managerial development, improving performance through mental hygiene, lifestyle and wellbeing. The practical part focuses on the current status of management of personal development and the rules under which the selection process and the choice of development and education. It is focused on finding the requirements for managers and design of a particular solution that is focused to the opportunities for further development company.

The master thesis Management of personal development deals not only with a theoretical picture about the issue of management of personal development in general perspective but also with a practical insight into the investigated company CNC KOVO s.r.o. focusing on workers, production masters and last but not least the company's executives. The theoretical part features some of the basic concepts of the monitored areas, especially time management, stress management and personality analysis of manager. Acquired knowledge is further applied to the practical part of the thesis, and results in recommendations for enhancing the personal development of employees as well as the company's entire business.

This diploma thesis focuses on a proposal of a development concept and a training plan for business representants in a selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic concepts related to the issue and are important for the practical part of the diploma thesis. In the analytical part, an evaluation of the current state of the company is presented, qualitative research will be conducted in the form of individual interviews as well as the analysis of managerial competencies and assumptions of business representatns. Based on the information found, a development concept proposal and a training plan will be recommended, including appropriate methods for their professional growth and personal development, which can be considered as the greatest asset of every business representants and consequently of the whole organization.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the management of personal development of managers of the business company OMAP Financial Group. The thesis combines the theoretical part, where the basic concepts of management are explained and topics such as personality types, motivation, stress management, time management and personal development are discussed, with the practical part, which includes the analysis of all these areas in selected managers. Based on this analysis, recommendations and suggestions are offered to increase their effectiveness and the overall success of the company.
Stress management in a selected company
The thesis deals with the issue of stress and stress management in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to examine the stress factors and the impact of stress in the selected organization, including suggestions for changes in the current stress management in the organization. The sub-objectives of this thesis were to find out how the employees handle stress, how they approach stress management and also how they prevent stress and to recommend solutions if deficiencies are found. Based on this information, recommendations and suggestions were made to improve the current issues in the selected organization. For all the suggestions and recommendations, financial costing of the cases were graphically made. From the results, it is evident that the respondents are aware of the dangers of stress and burnout, irregular diet or lack of relaxation techniques, but do not practice any of these and do not actively address them. Therefore, I recommend assistance in implementing changes from the company and management, whether it be more emphasis on creating separate and enclosed spaces in the offices or other methods aimed at creating places of calm. The stated aim of the thesis has been fulfilled and its contribution to practice can be considered significant if the promising chance of using some of the proposals in the offices of OVB Allfinanz a. s. in České Budějovice turns into reality.
Stress management and professional focus of workers
The thesis deals with stress management and the problem of stress in the workplace. The methodological approach is based on a questionnaire survey of three selected companies - Madeta a. s. (Madeta), ESW Bohemia k. s. (ESW) and the Central Institute for Inspection and Testing of Agriculture (ÚKZÚZ). The questionnaire was created on the web-site and it contains 23 questions. The data are processed using appropriate graphs and tables through Microsoft office Word and Microsoft office Excel. The results show that in Madeta, most of the respondents are under stress (labourers) - they work in three shifts, in a fast pace most often individually and they are unable to resist the stress. In ÚKZÚZ (administrative workers and non-production type technicians), they work the morning shift in a calm pace and show little stress. Employees are aware of the consequences of long-term stress and therefore take care of themselves through appropriate activities. In ESW (administrative workers and production-type technicians), they work mainly in the morning shift and often in teams. Working in a team helps to reduce stress. Employees take care of themselves in appropriate ways to reduce stress.

The main subject of the bachelor thesis is stress management. The bachelor thesis deals with problems of stress in the workplace. In first part the work describes the definition of stress and stressors. Its also examines the prevention and consequences of stress. The research section of the bachelor thesis is based on a questionnaire which aims to find out if in the education in the Vysočina region affects employees stressful situations and how they affect them. The survey also includes recommendations and instructions which contain suggestions for reducing stress in the workplace.
Stres management in Selected Organization
This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of stress, burn-out syndrome, the reasons for stress occurence in workers of Tax Office. The first chapter of the theoretical part includes general knowledge about stress, stressors are divided, the reasons of stress and possibilities of coping with stress are approached. In the following chapter, the thesis approaches the burn-out syndrome. Bachelor thesis is further focused, the thesis focuses on the relationship between work and stress and the impact of stress on work performance. It deals with diet and various types of autoregulation techniques that may help people facing mentally difficult situations. The empirical part is there to help verify the statement whether stress is an issue in a specific organization. To collect data, a questionnaire-based research was used. The aim of the research was to find out whether the workers at the Tax Office are stressed and if so, in what specific situations.
