Práce se zabývá problematikou stresu a stres managementu ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem práce je zkoumání stresových faktorů a vlivu stresu ve vybrané organizaci, včetně návrhů doporučení na změny v současném stres managementu v organizaci. Dílčími cíli této práce bylo zjistit, jak pracovníci nakládají se stresem, jak ke stres managementu přistupují a zároveň jak stresu předcházejí a v případě zjištění nedostatků doporučit řešení. Na základě výsledků průzkumu byla navržena doporučení a návrhy na zlepšení současné problematiky ve vybrané organizaci. Pro všechny návrhy a doporučení byly graficky vytvořeny finanční kalkulace nákladovosti daných případů. Z výsledků je evidentní, že si jsou respondenti vědomi nebezpečí stresu a vyhoření, nepravidelného stravovacího režimu či absence relaxačních technik, avšak většina nic z toho nepraktikuje a aktivně to neřeší. Proto doporučuji pomoc při zavádění změn ze strany firmy a managementu, ať už se týkají většího důrazu na vytvoření oddělených a uzavřených prostor v kancelářích, či jiného způsobu zaměřeného na vznik klidových míst. Stanovený cíl práce byl splněn a přínos jejího zpracování pro praxi lze považovat za významný v případě, že se promění nadějná šance na využití některých návrhů v kancelářích společnosti OVB Allfinanz a. s. v Českých Budějovicích v realitu. The thesis deals with the issue of stress and stress management in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to examine the stress factors and the impact of stress in the selected organization, including suggestions for changes in the current stress management in the organization. The sub-objectives of this thesis were to find out how the employees handle stress, how they approach stress management and also how they prevent stress and to recommend solutions if deficiencies are found. Based on this information, recommendations and suggestions were made to improve the current issues in the selected organization. For all the suggestions and recommendations, financial costing of the cases were graphically made. From the results, it is evident that the respondents are aware of the dangers of stress and burnout, irregular diet or lack of relaxation techniques, but do not practice any of these and do not actively address them. Therefore, I recommend assistance in implementing changes from the company and management, whether it be more emphasis on creating separate and enclosed spaces in the offices or other methods aimed at creating places of calm. The stated aim of the thesis has been fulfilled and its contribution to practice can be considered significant if the promising chance of using some of the proposals in the offices of OVB Allfinanz a. s. in České Budějovice turns into reality.
