Entrepreneurial Intention of Business Development

The aim of my thesis is to create business plan for expansion of concrete small size company in connection to it's current situation, possible future growth and further development. First part of my thesis is focused on available innovation processes, which can be implied to daily work to get desired innovation and improvement of current status and to shift the company to the next level. Second part of my thesis will be summing up the actual status of the company in connection to possible business opportunities and by using the innovation processes I am going to suggest business plan to extend the company in the way it secures stable company's growth and readiness of all business systems and processes for further enlargement, with the aim of increasing company's value even improving operating results.
Comparision of conditions for family business in CZ and Austria/Germany

This master’s thesis defines conditions for a family business in the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany. It characterizes enterprise’s forms used in each of these countries, their tax systems, other obligatory payments to the state budget and financing forms. It compares the backgrounds of family business activities and it defines problems that the family business has to solve.

This diploma thesis deals with strategy development of family business. The theoretical approach is focused on the basic knowledge, which is used to analyze the current state of the business. Simultaneously, the specifics of the family business are introduced. The results of strategy analysis serve as a basis for making proposals to solve the identified shortcomings.

The diploma thesis focuses on analyzing current information system of small company and proposal of modifications. Improvements of current batch control sheet system are designed as extensions of already implemented functionality and integration of attendance sheet which is related to it. Within the frame of modifications thesis proposes extensions of database model with emphasis to simplicity and complexity of target solution.

Úspěch společnosti poskytující služby je závislý na efektivním využití kvalifikovaných lidských zdrojů. Na rozdíl od výrobní společnosti u firmy poskytující služby není vždy proveditelné zcela standardizovat výstupy, proto efektivita společnosti je závislá na optimalizaci vnitrofiremních procesů a přesném vymezení rolí u jednotlivých pozic. Principy Total Quality Managementu aplikované na společnost poskytující služby zajistí standardizaci fungování a vnitrofiremních procesů společnosti při zachování potřebné flexibility, což z dlouhodobého hlediska společnosti poskytující služby přinese výhody oproti konkurenci, zefektivnění řízení organizace a zvýšení návratnosti investice pro majitele/investora. Součástí práce je návrh implementace TQM připravený pro SME zabývající se poskytováním IT služeb.

Public support for business focused on european funds Abstract The doctoral thesis is focused on the topic of public business support from the perspective of law enactment. The primary focus of this thesis is to identify problematic questions, analyse such questions with regards to contemporary practice enforcement, and consecutive proposition of trouble solving proposals including specific propositions for legislation enactment de lege ferenda. The thesis is focused on legal regulations of the business support in form of donation provided to the businesses for the purpose of business support in narrow terms. The thesis describes public support provided from the European structural and investment funds. I have also included, for completeness 'sake, European Union's initiatives that are supervised directly by the European Union. The thesis also includes comparation of programming periods of 2014y - 2020y and 2021y - 2027y. As for the business distinction of businesses into small and medium businesses I have provided legal definitions of small and medium businesses. Since the definitions of a small and medium businesses are nowadays closely connected with the term of public procurement, I have also included ambiguities of the definition with regards to public procurement law. Innovation in small and medium enterprises

This thesis provides insight into factors that influence the innovation activity of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Czech Republic. Its key part analyzes a survey conducted among over eleven hundred Czech SMEs. A model of determinants of innovations is constructed and estimated. Own R&D is identified as a key driver of innovations for the firms. Other important factors include investment into technology, improvement of quality of a product or service or presence on foreign markets. Barriers to innovations and external factors with negative impact as perceived by the firms do not prove to constitute a real inhibitor of innovative activities.
