Comparison of Physical Skills of Pupils in General and Sports Classes of Elementary School

Title: Comparison of Physical Skills of Pupils in General and Sports Classes of Elementary School Goals: The aim of this research is to determine the level of physical fitness skills of pupils, who, attend a sport class and compare these results to the pupils of the same age general class in the same school. Methods: The measurement was carried out through the test UNIFITTEST (6-60), which consists of the following tests - long jump, sit-up, chin-up and the Cooper Test. The results were evaluated and compared using the statistical characteristics. Results: With the help of these tests we found out the average level of fitness skills in every category. In long jump boys from the examined sport class managed to get 14, 6 % better results than those from the general class. Regarding girls, those from the sport class did also better, particularly 8, 5 %. The same tendency is to be found in sit-ups. The sport class children showed better performance, boys were 5, 9 % and girls 3, 3 % better than their schoolmates from general classes. The biggest gap in performance was measured in pull-ups. In average 20, 4 % better results for boys from the sport class. But girls from the general class this time beat the ones with a sport-focused programme by 21 %. Title: Comparison of selected parameters of long jump disabled athletes. Goals: The main goal of this work is to evaluate the selected characteristics in the long jump persons with various disabilities. Method: Data were obtained by analyzing long jump. I focused on four variables in the long jump, which we evaluated in the program Kinovea. The resulting data were first compared with those of healthy jumpers and then within each of class. Results: The values that we created after analysis, we published these results. Ideal values of selected parameters achieved more health jumpers, jumper with disabilities reached lower performance. Within the different categories were examined parameter values are different; the biggest differences were noted in the above-knee amputation jumpers Key words: Long jump, disability athletes, acceleration rate, fulcrum phase, angle of takeoff.

Aleš Kaplan Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to study the issue of possibilities of kinesiology evaluation for understanding long jump in track and field with the help of literature review and get to know the possibility of complete kinesiology evaluation of long jump. Methodology: This thesis is focused on studying possibilities of kinesiology evaluation of long jump in track and field with the help of literature review of selected scientific literature concerning human motion system, general kinesiology, and special kinesiology of lower limbs, biomechanics, characteristics and technique of long jump and special kinesiology concerning this track and field event. Due to exploring chosen topic from various points of view (general kinesiology, anatomy of human motion system, biomechanics) I been trying to understand special kinesiology of long jump. Results: In this bachelor thesis I have reviewed 28 sources of Czech and 49 sources of foreign literature listed in the reference list, so 37 of those sources were online and 40 were books. In the practical part there is a measurement of pupils' performances in that two sports disciplines and creating a dependency relationship between them. The theoretical part of the work pays attention to child's personality, his progress and motor skills. Teaching athletics in Physical Education lessons in Primary Schools is described in the work.The attention is paid on history, profile , segmentation and long jump technique. In the degree work, in the purpose of an experiment, there was made a methodical progression and its effect was checked. Children athletics Objectives: This bachelor thesis deals with the training of athletes between ages 12 and 15 (younger and older pupils) in athletics in selected disciplines. Furthermore, techniques in various disciplines were analyzed. The aim of this work was to determine the current level of technique advancement of athletes between ages 12 and 15 (younger and older pupils) in the athletic club SC Radotín Prague. We expected that the technical level in selected athletic events will not be at a very high level. The method: In this work we used these methods: observation, descriptive analysis. Results: From the video records and image sequences we got to know that the technical level of students was not at the highest level, but not at the worst. Title: A long jump athlete's two - year training analysis. Objectives: To assess the athlete's performance progress under the leadership of two different coaches and to evaluate her development over a two - year training period of studies at Faculty of Physical Education and Sport in Prague. Methods: Methods used in the thesis are: observation, description and deduction. Results: Characteristic of long - jump athlete's training activity differed by age categories. The achievements are sorted in tables and graphs. Along with the analysis of the training taken and results achieved, there are comments about health added. The analysis is held in the two - year period under the leadership of two coaches. Selected training indicators as well as the results in several tests are presented in the tables. Suggestion of methodics of training athletic skills using programme learning system {--} long jump

This study is concerned with the usage of new methods for the training of long jump. The goal of this study is to suggest the methodics of training the long jump, which would be gradually included in the lessons for the attenders of the first year of the Study teaching for elementary school. This study is based on an assumption that by the usage of this programme, that I suggested, we will be seeing a significant improvement in the performance of the children of older pupilage. Most improvement will be seen in the jump using the hang technique, for which is this programme designed.
