Virtual commissioning of the robotic production cell
Baťka, Tomáš ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Bražina, Jakub (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the virtual commissioning of robotic workplace designed to engrave board materials and their subsequent packaging. The summary of the knowledge that contributes to the development of the virtual commissioning as well as description of each component of the given robotic cell, are described in the theoretical part. In the practical part are described procedures such as assembling of the simulation model in Process Simulate software, creating the PLC program in integrated development environment TIA Portal or creating visualization for HMI panel. In the end, the actual commissioning of the workplace was performed, followed by additional modification and validation of the robotic program.

This diploma thesis deals with virtual commissioning of production system for robotic milling, which is located in the laboratories of the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics at the BUT. In the theoretical part of this thesis is described the issue of virtual commissioning, uses of robot systems in milling operations and software usable for virtual commissioning. Practical part of the thesis contains description to creating CAM operations, the creation of 3D model of workplace and PLC program and its HMI. Programs Fusion 360, Robot studio 2021, TwinCAT and OPC UA were used for the actual implementation.
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for parts assembly
Onderka, Tomáš ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with digital commissionig of a robotic production system for parts assembly. The issue of digital commissioning is described in the theoretical part of the thesis, followed by a safety of the workplace and description of used grippers. Parts assembly, large series and small series approaches are described in the practical part of the thesis. For digital commissioning was used ABB RobotStudio and small series workplace was commissioned.
Virtual commissioning of production system
Bražina, Jakub ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with virtual commissioning of production system which is located in the laboratories of the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics at the BUT. The issue of virtual commissioning is described in the theoretical part of the thesis, followed by a description of each device located in this production system. The design of the 3D model, the design of the PLC control program and also the virtual commissioning itself are described in the practical part of the thesis. There is the creation of the robot‘s program described at the end of the thesis. Several Siemens software tools were used for virtual commissioning realization (TECNOMATIX Process Simulate, TIA Portal and PLCSIM Advanced 2.0).
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for palletizing
Zajíček, Matouš ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the virtual commissioning of a robotic palletizing cell. The theoretical part of the work describes the motivations for the use of automatic palletizing and common elements of palletizing cells using an industrial robot as well as the principle, tools, and benefits of virtual commissioning. The practical part of the work describes the process of creating elements of the cell in Robotstudio software and creating PLC control logic using TwinCAT3 software
Design of the robotic work cell
Gálová, Eva ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Bražina, Jakub (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to study the issue of creating a production cell and its subsequent simulation. The simulation operates with a workpiece in a robotic deburring process using a stationary robot. The theoretical part outlines the benefits of virtual commissioning, explains the concept of a digital factory and its examples, and describes robotic programming possibilities. To decide a component selection, robotic deburring and end effectors are explained. Selected components are then used in the practical part. Furthermore, for simulation purposes, one of three designed workplace layouts is selected. The software Process Simulate is used to depict the process of establishing a robotic workplace, which includes robotic operations, sensors, a material flow, and output signals. As a result, a robotic study in Process Simulate, a robotic program, and output signals are developed.
Digital commissioning of the production system
Andriievskyi, Serhii ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the digital commissioning of a robotic manufacturing system for 3D printing of large-scale components. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the issues of virtual digital commissioning, followed by a specification of the research for the given robotic workplace. The practical part describes the research of the model task of the workplace. ABB RobotStudio was used for the implementation of digital commissioning, and the robotic workplace was commissioned.
Virtual commissioning of a robotic welding workplace
Hladík, Ondřej ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design and virtual commissioning of a robotic welding workplace for a given component. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on research in the field of virtual commissioning and industrial robotization. Furthermore, the basic knowledge in the field of arc welding is described. In the system analysis, the selection of the concept and composition of the robotic workstation is discussed. The selected variant is developed in the form of a 3D model of the individual components. The practical part describes the design of the model in the simulation environment Process Simulate, the creation of the PLC control program in the software TIA Portal and the creation of robotic programs in the software RobotStudio. Through these programs, virtual commissioning is performed.
