Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení s problematikou tvorby robotizované výrobní buňky a následné vytvoření simulace, která manipuluje s obrobkem včetně robotického odjehlení součástky za využití robotu. V teoretické části jsou popsány výhody virtuálního zprovoznění, vysvětlení pojmu digitální továrny a jejich příkladů, následně popsání možností robotického programování. Pro vybrání jednotlivých komponentů buňky tahle práce vysvětluje robotické odjehlování a koncové efektory. V praktické části jsou vybrány jednotlivé komponenty robotického pracoviště. Dále jsou vytvořeny tři návrhy robotických pracovišť a nejvhodnější z nich je vybrán. Pro seznámení se s programem Process Simulate je popsán proces tvorby robotického pracoviště, a to včetně robotických operací, senzorů, toku materiálu a výstupních signálů. Výstupem je robotická studie v Process Simulate, robotický program a výstupní signály. The aim of this thesis is to study the issue of creating a production cell and its subsequent simulation. The simulation operates with a workpiece in a robotic deburring process using a stationary robot. The theoretical part outlines the benefits of virtual commissioning, explains the concept of a digital factory and its examples, and describes robotic programming possibilities. To decide a component selection, robotic deburring and end effectors are explained. Selected components are then used in the practical part. Furthermore, for simulation purposes, one of three designed workplace layouts is selected. The software Process Simulate is used to depict the process of establishing a robotic workplace, which includes robotic operations, sensors, a material flow, and output signals. As a result, a robotic study in Process Simulate, a robotic program, and output signals are developed.
