It discusses the assessment and suggestions for changes to the company's information system. Given issues contains the theoretical background to the given issues and analyzes that were carried out in the company environment. Based on the analysis, the work actually includes suggestions for solutions for streamlining the information system and an overall summary.

The practical part includes strategic, financial and SWOT analysis of company, prognosis of value drivers, financial plan and in conclusion, it estimations of the value company to date 31.12.2017.

The bachelor thesis deals with communication mix. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the current communication mix of the company presents proposals for its improvement. It is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part includes important marketing concepts. The second part analytically analyzes the current situation of the company. On the basis of the analyzes suggestions for improving company‘s communication are made in the third part of the thesis.

The main idea of this bachelor thesis is to analyse information system of VZP, which contains all information about their clients. Access to this system is provided through company Elso Service s.r.o., which manages it for VZP. There is a teoretical and also practial part. The teoretical part describes and explains the main terms from information system theory. The practical part analyse the present quality of the system and suggests possible solutions for better funcionality of the system.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The topic of this thesis is to create a financial plan for a selected company, which is the company ZEMO, spol. s r.o. with its headquarters in Bohaté Málkovice, which is engaged in agricultural activities, especially plant production. In the first part of the thesis there are the theoretical starting points, then the selected company is introduced, the strategic and financial analysis is performed and the financial plan for the years 2018 - 2021 in the optimistic and pessimistic variant is processed. Finally, an evaluation of both variants of this financial plan is made.

This thesis deals with the analysis of the information system software of the EKOFILTR spol. s r.o. company. The aim of the thesis is to propose certain steps and adjustments that would make the system more efficient and generally more user-friendly. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part is devoted to description of terms and procedures that form the basis of the analysis of information system. Analysis itself is carried out in the next section. Here, identified system deficiencies are described as well as processes which led to their detection. The last part is then devoted to solving these problems through specific proposals.
