Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na formulování podnikatelského záměru na rozvoj společnosti Jonckers Translation & Engineering, s.r.o., která by chtěla otevřít novou pobočku v Ekvádoru. Rozhodl jsem se vytvořit návrh na tento rozvoj pomocí podnikatelského záměru. Z počátku bylo nutné provést analýzu společnosti, kde jsem využil různých metod analýz vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti. V poslední části jsem se zaměřil na formulování podnikatelského záměru. This diploma thesis is focused on formulation of a business plan for development of the company Jonckers Translation & Engineering, Ltd., which intends to open a new branch office in Ecuador. In this thesis the business proposal approach is applied. To accomplish the analytical part methods of external and internal environment analysis were used. The proposal is focused on formulation of a business plan.
