Fitness training for ice hockey referees

Title: Fitness training for ice hockey referees Objectives: The aim of this work is the application and verification of an intervention for the preparatory period of ice hockey referees. Methods: The thesis utilizes scientific quantitative experimental methods. Other scientific methods employed in this work include observation, measurement, comparison, analogy, and synthesis. Results: Based on data obtained from a research of scientific literature, personal experiences, consultations with experts and referees, a training plan for the preparatory period of top- level ice hockey referees in the Czech Republic was created. Additionally, this plan was tested in practice with selected referees. A test battery was also developed, to compare results and determine the benefits and functionality of the proposed training plan. History of women's football in the Czech lands

This bachelor thesis deals with the history of women's football in the Czech lands. The thesis is divided chronologically from the very beginnings of football as a collective sport and traces the involvement of women in the game. It defines the first sporting activities of women in society and their official educational physical education process in Europe. Provides the earliest references to women's football in Great Britain and Bohemia. Describes the most important things that have happened in women's football in the Czech territory, in a chronological sequence from the founding of the first women's team, the structure of the first regular competitions to the current structure of women's football in the Czech Republic. The most famous teams are mapped and the most important personalities of women's football in the Czech Republic and the world are described. It describes the development of the Czechoslovak women's national football team from its first official match to its isolation under the Czech flag. The chapters are enriched with contemporary interviews and public reactions from available theses, periodicals, books and websites. Analysis of game in girls minibasketball from the perspective of interruptions by referees

Topic: Analysis of game in girls minibasketball from the perspective of interruptions by referees. Aim: The aim in this thesis is to make a analysis in one season in girls minibasketbal games in all categories to find out how often and why referees are interrupting the game. Than to make a statistic of all games and compare categories between themselves. Primary aim is to make the analysis which will show characteristic of interrupting the game and how often they are happening in game. Methods: Taking into consideration quantitative survey, my dissertation work was based on methods of secondary information collecting that implies secondary statistical analysis and observation with taking records down. Results: In average there are 98,14 interrupting in game of minibasketbal from referee. The travelling and ball outside of playcourt are the most often violations. There are differences between categories. The aim of this thesis called Arbitration Procedure in the Czech Republic is to characterize Arbitration in the Czech Republic, describe individual aspects of Czech Arbitration and outline highly discussed issues of recent months. This thesis called Arbitration Procedure in the Czech Republic is composed of nine chapters excluding the introduction and conclusion. Each of these chapters deals with different aspect of Arbitration Procedure. The first chapter contains definition of Arbitration Procedure, types of Arbitration, doctrines of Arbitration and enumeration of advantages and disadvantages of Arbitration Procedure. Status of professional sportsmen and referees from the perspective of personal income tax

The thesis deals with the issue of legal status of professional sportsmen performing collective sports and professional referees active in collective sports from the perspective of personal income tax. This issue is now vividly discussed in relation with a recent judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court from 17th July 2017, case no. 6 Afs 278/2016. The objective of this thesis is to analyse the potential status of a professional sportsman and a referee and subsequently, depending on this status, analyse opportunities of taxation of their incomes according to the relevant national legislation and the Supreme Administrative Court's case law. The key question is whether the sportsman and referee should be regarded as an employee in accordance with the Income Tax Act or as a self - employed person. Partial objective of the thesis is to assess whether current practice in the Czech Republic corresponds with the legislation or as the case may be suggest an acceptable solution which would reflect the needs of professional sport with respect to the current circumstances in the Czech sports.
