The main objective of this thesis is the analysis of the enterprise using quantitative methods. This work includes two parts. The first theoretical part will introduce the basic theoretical concepts that are necessary for understanding the issues . In the second part, Selected Economic Indicators will be used to evaluate the current state of the selected company. At the end of the work, based on the analysis of the current state of the company, i will give suggestions for recommendations for improving the financial situation of the company.

Evaluation of the financial situation in a specific company

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the financial situation of the company "Koření, s.r.o." in the period 2018-2022. The first part focuses on the theory required for financial analysis itself. The analytical part deals with the analysis of Koření, s.r.o. and its competitor Pěkný-Unimex, s.r.o., some of the results of the two companies are further compared with each other. Data for financial analysis are used from financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow and internal company information) for each year. The last part is focused on my created proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

The thesis deals with the proposal of the financial plan of the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o. The first part of the work is focused on the theoretical bases that are needed for processing the given topic. In the second part of the thesis, basic information about the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o is presented and its strategic and financial analysis is carried out. The last part of the thesis contains a draft of the financial plan for the next four years, which is further evaluated through financial indicators.

The diploma thesis deals with the financial plan proposal in the company Sonnentor s.r.o., which focuses on the production of organic products. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part focuses on theoretical foundations that are important for creating a financial plan. The next part evaluates the current state of the company using strategic and financial analysis. Based on the obtained information, a financial plan is developed for the next three years.

The thesis consists of three main parts. The first is a theoretical basis, providing an overview of the basic concepts and methods of financial analysis as a key tool for understanding the financial situation and measuring performance. The second part focuses on the application of the described methods, during which key trends and shortcomings are identified. The third part is based on these findings, as it proposes solutions to help improve the financial situation and long-term sustainability of the company.

The diploma thesis is focused on making a financial plan of a selected company for the next 4 periods. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge in the field of financial planning, which will be important for getting acquainted with the issue. In the next part, a strategic and financial analysis is made thanks to which it is then possible to compile a draft financial plan, including the implementation of intended investments. The conclusion of the thesis contains a summary evaluation of the developer financial plan.

This thesis deals with the proposal of the financial plan for COM Group, a.s. company which operates in ICT industry. First part of this thesis aims for its theoretical background, which is cornerstone for the development of proposal of the financial plan. The next chapter is dealing with an introduction of picked company and its subsequent process of the strategic and financial analysis of the picked company. Conclusively, there is processed financial plan for the period 2020-2023 and its evaluation.

The diploma thesis deals with evaluating the financial situation of the company O.K. BAG s.r.o. during the years 2006 – 2010. The aim of this work is to analyze the financial situation of the company and propose options for improving the financial situation. The first part of work is contains basic information about the company O.K. BAG s.r.o.. In the second part the obtained results are evaluated and compared with the data of the firm. Based on these results it is possible to propose an enhancement of the current state of the firm
