Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční situace společnosti O.K. BAG s.r.o. v letech 2006 – 2010. Cílem této práce je analyzovat finanční situaci společnosti a navrhnout možnosti pro zlepšení finanční situace. První část práce obsahuje základní informace o společnosti O.K. BAG, s. r. o.. V druhé části práce jsou pak získaná data vyhodnocena a porovnána s daty společnosti. Na základě těchto výsledků jsou dále navrhnuty zásady pro zlepšení současného stavu společnosti. The diploma thesis deals with evaluating the financial situation of the company O.K. BAG s.r.o. during the years 2006 – 2010. The aim of this work is to analyze the financial situation of the company and propose options for improving the financial situation. The first part of work is contains basic information about the company O.K. BAG s.r.o.. In the second part the obtained results are evaluated and compared with the data of the firm. Based on these results it is possible to propose an enhancement of the current state of the firm
