Designing a Solution for the Problematics of new Employee Induction in the Remand Prison Prague-Ruzyně

Fast and high quality implementation of adaptation process in an organisation is beneficial not only for the organisation, but also for its new employees. Managing such adaptation process is beneficial for the organisation mainly after the employee has achieved an adequate level in their work performance. From the employee's point of view fast and high-quality adaptation improves competency and accelerates learning processes. This thesis focuses on reviewing the existing process of adaptation of new employees in the Remand Prison Prague-Ruzyně by means of searching obstacles that can slow down or impede this process. The theoretical part deals with an introduction into human resources management and focuses on company learning and development, its methods and forms. It also defines the following terms: adaptation process, adaptation and orientation in the relation towards new employees in the organisation. The first part is concluded by a chapter describing specific environment of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and mainly by the Remand Prison Prague-Ruzyně and the recruitment and education of new members. Specifics of lecturing work in the Customs administration of Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to identify and characterize the specifics of lecturing work with a focus on the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. The structure of the thesis is divided into two main parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part emphasizes the importance of further professional education. Attention is paid to the characteristics and description of general concepts of business education. The profession of the lecturer is characterized in the andragogic context with the definition of his/her basic competencies and activities in the individual phases of the educational event implementation. Lecturer's work in the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic is also characterized and its specifics are identified. In the practical part of the thesis, the case study is realized in the form of questionnaire. The aim of the case study is to analyse the effective use of the teaching methods, teaching aids and the feedback methods. The target group are lecturers of the Czech Customs Administration. An anonymous questionnaire was chosen as the key tool of the case study. The findings are presented in graphs and tables including accompanying comments. This rigorous thesis deals with an education system in the company Sellier & Bellot a.s.. The goal of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the strategy and politics in the educational department of Sellier & Bellot a.s. and then to offer solutions to improve educational system of the company. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on company education from the point of view of educational area, requirements and factors of company education. Furthermore, there are described phases of company education. In the practical part of this thesis is an introduction of the company Sellier & Bellot a.s. Through an analysis of company documents, interviews with the heads of the company and employee questionnaires are established the rates of chosen educational factors of employees of the company. Based on these results are offered solutions to improve contentment of the employees with the educational system of this company.
Development and further professional education of personal fitness trainers

The thesis deals with the issue of adult education and development, is specially focused on the group of personal fitness trainers, their development and further professional education. In the theoretical part of the thesis, great attention is paid to the conceptualization and systemization of adult education, instead of adult education within the concept of lifelong learning. The thesis deals with one of the most important areas of education, namely further education. It deals with individual subsystems of further education with an emphasis on further professional adult education. The work also brings information about the possibilities of education and development of people in organizations, it deals with the importance of company education. The need for strategic and systematic staff training is highlighted. The work describes individual methods of education, both in the workplace and outside the workplace. A separate chapter focuses on personal fitness trainer, its characteristics, professional competencies and selected forms of coaching education.
