The diploma thesis entitled The Strategy of Human Resource Management in Kindergartens and Primary Schools has the main goal of comparing the differences in the strategic management of human resources in kindergartens and primary schools. The thesis defines human resources management as a modern form of personnel work, emphasizes the importance of strategic management and analyzes standard forms and methods of human resources management. It deals with the strategic management of human resources in education and in this context shows the specifics of human resource management in kindergartens and primary schools. It also defines human resource management in education, what are the prerequisites for successful management and strategy development. Two research methods were selected for empirical research: questioning and semi-structured interviews. The method of the questionnaire was supplemented by the method of a semi-structured interview due to more precise and detailed information on the issue of strategic human resources management in kindergartens and primary schools. Management of education in public administration

This thesis deals with the analysis of human resources management in a selected organization. The aim of this work is to analyze human resources management in the organization and evaluate its procedures with a focus on employee motivation and education. The theoretical part analyzes the approaches of human resources management, individual personnel activities and specifically the motivation and education of employees. The theoretical part is devoted to human resources management in general. This part is devoted to personnel activities such as job analysis, personnel planning, recruitment and selection of employees, evaluation of employees, placement or termination of employment, remuneration of other areas in this direction. I also deal with systematic and adult education. Here I focus on adult education, education in public administration and subsequently their education methods, which employees of public administration prefer. Human Resource Management in the Selected Organization

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse human resource management in the selected organization including proposing new processes and suitable changes. This thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. In the theoretical part are explained the most important concepts as planning, selection, employment, assessment, remuneration or termination of employment. The methods leading to achievement goals are observation, interview with personnel officer and questionnaire for employees. The practical part contains results of the research. Based on these results possible changes are proposed to improve human resources management in the organization.

Corporate Culture and Personnel Activities in a Selected Business

The topic of this diploma thesis is Corporate Culture and Personnel Activities in a Selected Business. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the corporate culture with the help of specification of its crucial cultural dimensions in connection with the personal activities and proposing changes leading to the desired state in the selected business. The research was carried out at the company of an engineer Jan Hutkay. The thesis is divided into four main parts - literary research, aim and methodology of work, characteristics of the current state in the business and discussion, summarized evaluation and proposals for changes. Literary research is focused on explanation of important terms related to corporate culture and personnel activities. It is followed by the summarization of the aim of the work and the research methods. Quantitative research methods used in the work included the questionnaire survey in the form of the Personnel Activity Questionnaire and the VSM 94 a 2013 tests. Among the qualitative methods used for the purposes of the thesis belong observations, unstructured interviews and Color Semantic Differential Tests were used from qualitative methods. The current situation in the company was characterized by the analysis of the individual questionnaires, which was supplemented with the information obtained through interviews and observations. After a thorough analysis and interconnection of the results of all research methods, it has been found out that corporate culture tends to deserve the dimensions of low power distance, femininity, collectivism, and acceptance of risks and changes. The undesirable resultant dimensions include the short-term business orientation and the dimension of indulgence. The final part of the thesis focuses on designing measures that stabilize the desired cultural dimensions and, above all, change the undesirable cultural dimensions. The results of the personnel activities' questionnaire which identified the main shortcomings and problems were used to suggest specific changes. The introduction of the proposed changes directs the enterprise closer to the knowledge economy, which improves its performance and competitiveness.

The goal of this thesis is to judge the system of human resources management in an organization and to propose potential changes for its improvement. This bachelor thesis is aimed at trends of human resource management that are implemented in company in the Czech Republic. The most relevant target is to find out whether the company, which was chosen, has already implemented these trends or if it is more effective to apply them. The theoretical part consists of explanations and definitions of basic terms related to this topic such as human resources management and human resources. The main personnel activities are included in theoretical part. The last part of the theoretical part deals with trends in human resource management. For data collecting are used semi-structured interviews. From gathered data there are suggested potential changes for improving human resources management in the organization X.
Possibilities of education at the workplace at the kindergarten

The topic of this bacheor thesis is the education of early childhood professionals (teachers) in pre- primary education institutions (kindergartens). Theoretical part deals with human resources. One of them - education and developement of pre- school teachers in educational institutions, namely kindergartens - is being discussed more thoroughly. The terms education and developement, kindergarten, early childhood professional are defined in this thesis. Methods and opportunities of education at workplace are described. Some of the methods of education (mutual observation of the lessons, task asignment, assisting, consultation, swaping at workplace, mentoring, coaching) and their appliability in pre-school institutions are described in detail. Sources of theoretical information used were expert literature, IT resources and current research. Practical part describes the outcome of quantitative questionaire research among the staff members in kindergartens.
