Název: Řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybrané společnosti Cíle: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat stěžejní problémy řízení lidských zdrojů ve společnosti Decathlon a následně vytvořit návrhy na jejich odstranění. Metody: V práci byla použita metoda analýzy interních zdrojů, metoda kvalitativního polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s personálním manažerem Jiřím Matějovským a metoda kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření se zaměstnanci společnosti. Výsledky: V bakalářské práci byly zjištěné nedostatky v personálním managementu společnosti Decathlon a následně navrhnuta opatření na zlepšení v oblasti vedení zaměstnanců. Klíčová slova: personální management, podnik, personální činnosti, zaměstnanci Title: Human resources management in selected company Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to determine crucial shortages of personnel management and subsequently creation of proposals for improvement of personnel management of the company Decathlon. Methods: In the work method of qualitative interview was used consulted with the HR manager Jiří Matějovský then the method of quantitative questionnaire with employees and also the method of document analysis. Results: The bachelor thesis determined crucial shortages of personnel management and consequently proposed measures for improvement in the area of leading employees owing to improvement of evaluation, control and remuneration.
