Reception of Czech games in local and foreign media

Recently, both skilled individuals and large game studios can devote themselves to the development and creation of digital games. In the last decade, the gaming industry has established itself as the most profitable branch of the entertainment industry. Its annual turnover reached 180 billion USD, while the film industry generates annually 100 billion USD less. However, achieving success with your project on a global scale is not an easy challenge in this very competitive environment. Nevertheless, a relatively large number of projects have succeeded in the Czech Republic, regardless of how small a country we are. Five of them, each representing a different game genre, form the basis of the research corpus of this work, the purpose of which is to observe firstly whether the geographical origin of the game is a factor to which foreign game journalists attach a certain importance, and secondly to try to find common characteristics of the observed games, that led to their worldwide success, and to analyze whether it is possible to trace the influence of our shared socio-cultural environment in them. The family acceptance of a child with mental handicap

The bachelors work is divided into two parts. Theoretical nad practical. The theoretical describes the developmental stages that occur towards the mentally disabled in a family context. There is a description of the mental retardation and the gradual stages of acceptance. By means of the practical part and via analysis of social psychological processes we will be able to formally recognize the evolution of specific stages of family acceptance and their subsequent influence on the child.
Treacher Collins syndrom

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide the general public with awareness of the Treacher Collins syndrome. Learn what specificities such people get and what difficulties are associated with this syndrome. Furthermore, to point out possible problems in the adoption of the child by the family and its gradual adaptation. The practical part consists of the method of qualitative research. Through interviews with those affected by Treacher Collins, either on their own or in their family circles, it was described what specificities they had and how the coping process took place. At the end of the work are the results of this research.
Dignity of a person with a mental disability

The thesis deals with the reflection of evaluation of human dignity at work with people with mental disabilities in the facility of the STROOM DUB o. p. s. center by social workers and workers at social services. The first part of the thesis deals with the general explanation of the term human dignity, then dignity of people with mental disabilities and the significance of human dignity in Christianity. Furthermore, the thesis describes a brief overview of history and introduces the social work with people with mental disabilities. The second part of the thesis is focused on the STROOM DUB o. p. s. center, its creation and description, further on the objectives, interests and work of the center. It briefly introduces clients which reside in the center all year round or outpatient and their work and the individual therapeutic workshops. The last part of the thesis deals with the research in facilities itself, objective of which is to find out how the workers of the center - social workers and workers at social services approach clients with mental disabilities, if they respect/do not respect dignity of people with mental disabilities and how the perceive this interaction.
Identity in Parents of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Based on Interviews with Parents

This thesis is focused on parents of children with autism spectrum disorder, their parental identity and the factors that affect coping with this difficult situation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of two consecutive sections. The first section describes the main milestones in the history of autism concept, the development of etiology knowledge and the essential characteristics of mentioned diagnosis. This information is contained for the better understanding of what autism means and what are the parents of autistic children going through. The second section is devoted to the healthy children parents identity, its development, but also parental identity of disabled children parents. The focus is on the factors that affect the acceptance of diagnosis and coping with this fact. The empirical part consists of a qualitative study findings. As a method of research was used semi-structured interview, which we realized with the parents of autistic children in three different families. The goal is to describe the factors that impact parental identity of autistic child parents and to compare it with the known theoretical evidences, all based on real parental reports. The work deals with the problem of the pain and suffering of a young person that prevents him from developing his desire to live. The work is focused on the young person and it is based on the psychological introduction to the issue. It notices accompanying facts of suffer as fear and anxiety, but also its counterparts in the form of hope and joy. The work also seeks to search for the meaning of these negative facts and presents several knowledge from logo therapy. It further develops Christian perspectives that relate to the problem of the pain and suffering of a young person, especially on the basis of the Bible, the apostolic letter Salvifici Doloris. It offers a view of faith, hope and joy, but does not negate the possibility of doubt and dark nights. It further describes the value of prayer and seeks to find ways for the young man to accept his life also with suffering. It shows the Church as a community of love, especially according to the example of the merciful Samaritan. It points to the importance of communication - dialogue with a young person and authenticity of human acceptance that is a very important function of the relationship when the young person feels his value and importance. It also develops the qualitative function of the relationship based on providing help beyond the profession, thanks to which fact a young person can once again discover his desire to live despite the limiting factors in the form of pain and suffering. In the end, there are described several case studies in the work focused on the importance of personal relationships that can bring the necessary changes for young man and to discover the value of human life.

This work brings the mysticism of Eckhart Tolle, spiritual teacher who combines his teaching various spiritual movements and religions. Tolle 's non-denominational teachings addressed to anyone looking for a way to break free from the drawbacks that entails today's way of life . Includes biography Eckhart Tolle . There are Tolle explains the main concepts of mind as mind , consciousness , being, ego , emotional body ( pain ), presence , silence, space , acceptance , surrender, awakening and liberation. The work shows Tolle confrontation to Christianity , Vedic teachings , Buddhism, Taoism, gnosis , Islam , and European philosophy and thinking. The silence between the psychotherapist and the client

This diploma thesis deals with the silence between the psychotherapist and the client in individual psychotherapy. The study is mainly concerned with the importance of the silence during the process of psychotherapy, especially with the content and the benefit of the silence. In the first part of this thesis the main theoretic recourses which are necessary for understanding the second part of this study are discussed. Particularly this part is engaged in the silence, the psychotherapy, the interpersonal relationship and therapeutic relationship. In this part there is also specified the silence in the interpersonal relationship and the silence between the psychotherapist and the client. The second part of this thesis at first introduces the results of the qualitative research. This research approaches the occurrence and the characteristic of the silence in individual psychotherapy and its relation to the therapeutic relationship by processing of semistructured dialogues with the psychotherapists. This second part also contains the results of the participation of the responsibility for the quality of the silence, the influence of the silence on the result of the psychotherapy and also brings the manual of the successful work with the silence in psychotherapy.
