Title: Outdoor gyms in the Sarka Valley, Prague 6 Objectives: This dissertation sets out to assess a proposal for the possible implementation of outdoor gyms in the Sarka Valley, Prague 6 including a brief demonstration of its use. Methods: Field surveys in the area. Analysis of current situation and determine the nature park parameters for the design of multifunctional playground. Results: The final proposal of a outdoor gym is divided into three comprehensive parts to reflect the needs of athletes, children, depending on their specialization and different ages. The first part of the multifunctional playground parkour is designed for ages 10 years plus. It is the ability of overcoming the obstacles, in which the use of natural movements such as running, jumping and climbing. The second part of the Street workout or "gym" for the age group from 12 years. This is used for fitness development on traditional tools such as, parallel bars, horizontal bar, rings, and hayrack sloping platforms. The third part is a playground designed for children aged 3 years. Here are the elements for climbing over, toadying, climbing, climbing and jumping. Title: Bodyweight training in individuals with spinal cord injuries and the possibilities in usage of outdoor gyms in Prague Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis was to compile a methodical series of bodyweight exercises suitable for people after spinal cord injury. It was also found out which of the Prague outdoor gyms are suitable for performing exercises from this methodical series and thus also for people using a wheelchair. Methods: The method of theoretical-critical analysis was used to compile the methodical series. Theoretical knowledge was applied in the selection and description of exercises. The methodical series is divided into groups of pulling and pushing exercises. Each of them contains descriptions of exercises, their modifications and photographs. Outdoor gyms was deliberately selected for research and quantitatively evaluated in the table. Selected outdoor gyms evaluated as suitable were qualitatively commented and supplemented with photographs. Results: The methodical series contains 12 exercises and photographs. In the description of the exercises, attention is paid to the key points in the implementation, the possibility of regression and progression of the exercise and the goal of the exercise. Street workout as a sport for all

Title: Street workout as a sport for all Objectives: The goal is to analyze street workout in terms of availability, adequacy and safety of training. Methods: Searches relevant scientific literature, articles and documents on the Internet. Results: The analysis carried out street workout based on a expert literature search and an article on the internet, it was found that street workout is becoming a more and more affordable way for people to actively spend their leisure time. I have also made a research of possible injuries related to working out and listed their adequate prevention. The safety of the constructions is ensured by the European standards, which have to be followed when constructing new playgrounds. Finally I verified the variability of basic bodyweight exercises, which were created in different difficulty options. Subsequently, three model training programs for individuals with different abilities were made. Using our own body as the only weight for exercise rather limits the choice of exercises. Moreover, working out using only our own weight does not enable us to regulate the lifted weight. However, it can be changed by selecting a different method of workout (for example changing the lever during exercise). This compensates adequately the lack of added weight. Keywords: street...
