Design of a chopper-stabilized multipath operational amplifier
Mrázek, Petr ; Kledrowetz, Vilém (referee) ; Prokop, Roman (advisor)
The main content of this work is the theoretical and practical design of the chosen topology of the chopper-stabilized operational amplifier. The introductory part of the diploma thesis focuses on the theory of noise, offset and drift. In other parts of the work, the origin of these phenomena and the possibility of their elimination are investigated. Furthermore, individual topologies are also analyzed in the work, from which one is chosen, which is then analyzed theoretically. Another part of this work is focused on the block design of the chopper-stabilized operational amplifier, from which the design of the entire system is subsequently created. The last part of the theory is focused on simulating the behavior of the designed chopper-stabilized operational amplifier and comparing it with the theoretical design.
Design of chopper operational amplifier with input offset reduction in CMOS technology
Gaži, Dominik ; Kledrowetz, Vilém (referee) ; Prokop, Roman (advisor)
The thesis provides the design of a chopper operational amplifier topology focused on correcting input offset. The thesis contains an overview of inaccuracies which occur in op-amps, as well as methods preventing them. Focus of the practical part is designing an op-amp used for amplification and filtering and switches, which are connected into a final circuit and verifying their functionality in simulation environment Cadence Virtuoso. The design is using CMOS 0.25 m technology.
Design of the digital-to-analog converter with high resolution
Buček, Vladimír ; Kledrowetz, Vilém (referee) ; Háze, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with the digital to analog converter. Technology used for this proposal is ON SEMICONDUCTOR CMOS07 utilizing Cadence design software. The work presents different blocks of the converter, especially the compensation of the amplifier input voltage offset and a reference voltage source.
Design of operational amplifier CMOS
Navrátil, Jakub ; Šteffan, Pavel (referee) ; Musil, Vladislav (advisor)
The present work deals with issues of a design of operational transconductance amplifier in technology CMOS AMIS 0,7 um. The aim of the work is to design a accurate operational amplifier with a low input differential voltage.
Modeling of Inertial Sensors
Trličík, Jakub ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This master thesis deals with measurement and modeling of MEMS inertial sensors. This paper describes basic principles of inertial sensors along with their most often errors. The next part shows results from inertial sensor market analysis, which enabling a selection of sensors to be measured. The following two chapters present methods for inertial sensor modeling and testing. The biggest part of text is dedicated to presentation of measurement results showing us static measurement of Allan variance, Earth rotation, temperature dependent bias and dynamic measurement of gyroscope sensitivity testing over temperature. In the last part of the thesis is presented a design of sensor error model by autocorrelation function and Allan variance and also an evaluation of achieved results.
Tests of integrated analog multipliers
Stolařová, Hana ; Dvořák, Radek (referee) ; Šotner, Roman (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of testing device (tester) for basic verification of parameters and construction of applications using analog multipliers fabricated in TSMC 0.18 m 1.8 V process. The tester is than used for several eperimental measurements such as AC responses, DC responses, total harmonic distortion, offset and input and output impedance. A part of the thesis covers also designs of application examples (circuits) wich use these special analog multipliers (triangular and square wave generator, 2nd order active filter, integrator, etc.).
Modelling of differential current amplifier
Polák, Josef ; Šotner, Roman (referee) ; Jeřábek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of my diploma thesis was programming of systems for measuring AC, DC and impedance measurements. Each measuring system measures selected characteristics of current amplifier with controllable amplification DACA_N. Control programs I have created in Agilent VEE Pro 9.2. The measured data are stored to executable files in MS Excel for further processing. With created measurement programs I made measurements of eight current amplifiers. The results of individual measurements I compiled into graphs and compared with each other circuit characteristics of amplifiers. Then there is described controlling and connection of current amplifier and its construction. At the end the diploma thesis describes amplifiers with the worst and the best measured circuit characteristics. The measured values show that the amplifier DACA_N with slight differences works by theoretical assumptions and measurement systems suggested by me work with no problem.
Design of offset printing machine
Bařina, Tomáš ; Kobosil, Karel (referee) ; Rajlich, Jan (advisor)
Although people meet products of the printing industry daily, they have very shallow knowledge of this sphere. In the theoretical part of this thesis, reader will be briefly acquainted with the printing and its history, focused mainly on the technology of the offset printing. The goal of this thesis is to create an interesting innovative design of offset printing machines in respect of all requirements in terms of ergonomics, safety and functionality of the device. The whole design procedure and its final result are presented in the practical part of thesis.
Measurement and recording of the initial magnetization curve and hysteresis curve of ferromagnetic materials
Tran, Quoc Bao ; Vaněk, Jiří (referee) ; Klvač, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with the measurement of primary magnetization curves and hysteresis loop. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part describes the creation of magnetic field in materials, excitation of magnetic field by electric current or excitation of electric current by changing magnetic field. The practical part is focused on designing, construction and testing of amplifier and the measurement and displaying of hysteresis loop. In the end of the thesis is summarized what results were achieved.
Controlling of camera
Tylš, Ladislav ; Valach, Soběslav (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
This thesis describes the principles of making application which is able to set and control camera. The first part describes basic camera connections and it explains definition and specification of camera’s features. The second part of my thesis describes implementation of application, which can use more cameras to image preview, image acquisition and to simply set of camera’s features. To implement the applications we can use MATLAB and C++BUILDER uses opencv libraries.
