Game Web Portal - Object-oriented Programming
Hůla, Vladimír ; Galáž, Zoltán (referee) ; Povoda, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of programming structure of game web portal. The web portal will serve as a communication and information center to simplify coordination among players and allow them to gain new experience. In the thesis are analyzed the needs of players, existing solutions and their drawbacks. The results of this analysis are used to design individual functions of the portal. Implementation of the most important parts of the website has been described, the implementation of these parts were evaluated and some enhancemets were eventually suggested. In the end of this thesis several functionalities were suggested, which could extend the portal in the future.
Data Grid in the Web Browser
Mikúšek, Richard ; Dytrych, Jaroslav (referee) ; Máčel, Lukáš (advisor)
This work deals with design and Implementation of data grids component in a web browser environment. The work describes the problems of modern web technologies and their use in implementation of interactive component. A substantial part devoted to the issue of data mining, the deposit, the distribution of elements , the events accompanied by life cycle component. Real use of designed application can be such as a graphical user interface for database or other data source.
Calendar Application With User Friendly Interface
Navrátilová, Eva ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Peringer, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describes the process of creating a calendar application featuring an effective and user friendly interface. The first step is an analysis of existing calendar applications on various platforms. Then the calendar data standard is explored, together with good practices for user interface design. The analysis is followed by designing the calendar application. The design process consists of calendar library design, graphical interface design and structural interface design. The resulting application, implemented in C++ using Qt framework, is tested.
Flying Routes Data Mining System from Web Portals
Hanák, František ; Koutný, Jiří (referee) ; Ruttkay, Ladislav (advisor)
This bachelor`s thesis describes flying routes data mining system from web portals. It deals with questions of data mining from web portals, the UML language and its role within design of application and also with its architecture. The main part of thesis follows implementation of application, which is divided into parts windows service, administration web interface and web services. The real usage of application is for example as data source for other web applications, which provide central searching through all airlines and make easier selection of flights.
Methods for multialignment of nucleotide sequences
Trněný, Ondřej ; Škutková, Helena (referee) ; Maděránková, Denisa (advisor)
To be able to understand characteristics and purpose of biological sequences correctly, it is crucial to have a possibility to sort and compare them. Because of this need and to extend existing knowledge pool, numerous methods were proposed. Especially in field of multiple sequences alignment. Methods for multiple sequences alignment may provide various valuable information about sequences which failed to show enough similarity in pairwise alignment. According to this, several algorithms were implemented in various computer applications which provide a way to analyse huge sets of data. One of those, the progressive alignment algorithm, is implemented as a part of this thesis
Object programming in LabVIEW 8.5
Roháč, Josef ; Havránek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Čejka, Miloslav (advisor)
The aim of this work is to clarify and to familiarize users with the problem of object programming in LabVIEW version 8.5. In the introduction outlining the principle of LabVIEW as such a recall when it was first implemented programming object in the development environment. Furthermore, gradually examines the theory of classes and objects, their creation, basic properties, use in the block diagram and the various settings of the objects required for their proper and full use in the programming. The theoretical part of the end of the study the inheritance hierarchy between objects, and even deals with dynamic and static inputs and outputs. For the idea of the differences between the object programming in LabVIEW and C++ is included comparison of mechanisms and principles theoretically and clearly on the example programme. It also compares classical dataflow approach and object programming in LabVIEW. And finally they are accompanied by two developed by the task, including manual.

Evidence of students of primary school association
Boháč, Václav ; Brožek, Jiří (advisor) ; Petr, Petr (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis, development and implementation of software using Qt framework. It reflects the history of the parents´ association and its need to register pupils attending a primary school, respectively members of the association. The diploma thesis goes through the various phases of design and development software using the Open Unified Process methodology and its subsequent processing using UML. The outputs from the analytical and design parts are then used to implement a custom registration system. This paper describes and compares several methods currently used in software development and introduces the reader to the basic principles of object-oriented programming. It provides an overview of the components and principles of processing framework Qt 5, the SDK development environment and the consequences resulting through practical uses when developing applications.
