This bachelor thesis deals with marketing problems of bank services. Bachelor thesis I worked for GE Money Bank, as, which operates on the Czech market as a provider of financial services. The goal is a detection of an embarrassment of marketing methods. Based on the analysis and the questionnaire survey includes a proposal for the development of sales and marketing activities.

This thesis deals with a draft of a communication plan in a company ACT CZ s.r.o. Its main goal is to draft more effective communication mix, based on a current identification of a marketing communication and results of previous analysis of both external and internal environment. The thesis is divided into three main parts - theoretical, practical and that focusing on a draft. The theoretical one includes basic marketing expressions described in detail. The practical part is an analysis of the company, its marketing mix and the current state of the communication mix. In addition, it contains analysis of the company's marketing environment and a marketing research focused on the communication mix. There are also suggestions of improvement based on the practical part's results.

The Final Project focuses on developing marketing startegies considering the communication on the Czech real estate market, with specific emphasis on the town of Prostejov and its surroundings. The Project deals with mapping and describing the issues within the area of developing marketing strategies in the process of sale and purchase of the real estate. The Theoretical Part sets the fundamental marketing terminology, deals with the term of the construction market and the effects of individual subjects present on the market. The Practical Parts is formed by the marketing research whose outcomes reveal a set of recommendations in the field of marketing strategies for the real estate professionals within their marketing communication. The very result of this Project is a proposal of the optimal media selected for the effective communication with customers.

Master thesis focuses on developing proposals for strengthening competitiveness of a company engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of electronic light sources with glass or plastic shades. Aim of the thesis is to process and evaluate proposals for measures leading to strengthening company’s competitiveness on the Czech market and contributing to ensure company's sales growth on the market. The proposals are based on theoretical knowledge gained from professional literature and on analyses of the current state of the company.

The subject of my bachelor thesis Design of Communication Mix in Gammarus, a.s. is elaboration of a suitable commucation strategy on the basis of the previous detail results of the analysis amongst outer and inner company environment. The thesis is divided into the three main parts – theoretical, analytical and proposal part. In the theoretical part, there are basic terms of the marketing area explicated. The analytical part describes the organization and their organs, contemporary situation of the marketing communication mix of the company, in a detail. Further, there are analysis elaborated, which lead to the proposal forming of the future resolving the contemporary situation, in the proposal part of the thesis.

Communication Mix of a Specific Product

The thesis deals with the communication mix for a specific programme focused on space technology. The thesis specifies the theoretical knowledge in the field of marketing communication in general as well as the specifics of marketing communication for universities. The analytical part focuses on competition within Europe, semi-structured interviews with current students of the programme and then an interview with the manager of the Brno Space Cluster, a group of companies operating within the Brno space industry. Based on the analysis, a communication mix for the programme is proposed and a communication manual for the Space Application programme is placed at the very end of the thesis.
