Name: Inclusion of corrective exercise in PE lessons and their influence on posture and plantarflexion on 2nd primary school girls Research problem: According to the available literature, it is obvious that the posture of school-aged children is worse and worse. In addition, the subject Health Physical Education, which should compensate for these emerging health problems, is hardly taught anymore. This work proposes a solution to include exercises from program Healthy physical education to the lessons of regular physical education at the 2nd primary school and thus support the posture and the quality of the foot arch in pupils. Aim: The aim of the work is to find out the effect of the inclusion of healthy physical education to the PE lessons in 2nd primary school students on body posture and foot arch. Methods: It is a quasi-experiment where the participants were divided into a tested and a control group. There were 2 measurements - initial and final. Between them exercises from prohram Healthy physical education were included to PE lessons in tasted group for a period of 3 months. The control groups had the same lessons except for these exercises. Body posture in preschool children

Name: Posture in preschool children Objectives: The aim of the work is to investigate the effect of movement intervention on the posture of preschool children. Methods: The empirical work is designed as a one-group quasi-experiment. It is a qualitative research where the effect of an exercise program with elements of health exercises on the posture of preschool children was investigated. The participants were 6 children (4 girls, 2 boys) aged 5-6 years. The research was conducted at FUTURUM FAMILY and BENJAMINEK Kindergarten o.p.s. For the entrance and exit examinations, was used four different posture tests. Specifically, Matthias test, Thomayer test, Trendelenburg-Duchenne test and Jaroš / Lomíček posture test. Results: The results showed that in all methods was an improvement in posture in at least two probands. The greatest improvement occurred in the Thomayer test and in the Trendelenburg-Duchenne test, where five probands improved. Title of the thesis: Self-efficacy of UK FTVS students for teaching health physical education The aim of the thesis: The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to evaluate the level of self-efficacy or subjectively perceived competences and professional self-confidence of students in the final master's year of physical education at the UK FTVS in relation to the teaching of health physical education. The partial goal was to compare the results with previous research by Anna Šubertová (Šubertová, 2020). Methods: For the investigation with the character of mixed empirical research, a self-constructed questionnaire was used to collect data, which was created on the basis of revising Šubertová's (2020) previous research instrument. The research was carried out in May and June 2023, with the participation of 68 respondents of the final year of the follow-up master's studies in Applied Physical Education and Sport for People with Specific Needs and Physical Education Teaching for Secondary Schools at the UK FTVS. The participants were represented by 30 men and 38 women in the age range from 23 to 35 years. Title: Determination of the occurrence of poor posture and muscle imbalance of female students agend 15-19 and possibilities of influencing that by elements of health physical education. Objectives: The aim of this study is determination of change in posture and muscle imbalance due to regural health exercise for the period of 3 months Methods: Klein, Thomas and Mayer test method was used to determine posture of each proband. Functional tests of muscles with tendency to shorten were performed according to Bursová (2005), Hošková and Matoušová (2000), Pernicová et al. (1993). Functional tests of muscles with a tendency to become flabby were tested according to Hošková and Matoušová (2000). The method of theoretical analysis and synthesis was used for the chapter "Piece of knowledge" (Štumbauer, 1990). The chapter "Knowledge of data" was processed by Microsoft Office Excel. One-piece non-parametric Wilcoxon test was used to verify the results. Results: In the chapter "Results" we find detailed information about probands, which we have gained from the questionnaire and from a personal interview. Determining the most common functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system of primary school children, particularly in 5th grade at elementary schools in the district Tabor

This graduation thesis deals with the occurrence of the most common functional disorders of the locomotor system in children in 5th grade at elementary schools in the district of Tábor. The research was implement on twenty-two primary schools. In total, 786 children from the 36th grade in the Tábor District were monitored and evaluated. The task of the thesis was the processing of literary research based on the study of Czech and foreign literature. In addition, obtaining the approval of school principals and pupils' parents to conduct research. As part of our research, we used the test method using standardized tests for examination of body posture, according to Matthias and Jaros and Lomicek. Part of the research was also the measurement of the pupils' weight and height and the subsequent calculation of the BMI index. The collected data were processed into tables and the frequency of the faults was evaluated in the graphs. Overall results showed different values of posture assessment. According to Jaros and Lomicek, nearly 20% of children had a perfect body posture, good 72%, badly less than 8%, and very bad holdings appeared in 1.5% of the investigated. Matthias's test showed nearly 70% of good body posture, 29% of pupil posture defective and 1% defective posture with fixed deviation. The most common functional disorders of this research group include primarily enlarged lumbar lordosis. This research has confirmed the importance of everyday physical activity and compensatory exercise in the fight against functional disorders.
Assess the degree of valgus and varus knee joint in the second stage students in primary school in the Karlovarský region

Title: Assess the degree of valgus and varus knee joint in the second stage students in primary school in the Karlovarský region. Objective: The aim of this study was to explore and assess the degree of weakening of the lower limbs in the knee joint area in children of second stage of primary school in Karlovarský region. The effort was get as much information from the test subjects to understand and determining problems in the lower limbs. It measured two types of impairment, valgus and varus knee. Part of this study was to find what sports activities affect the creation or increase of individual weakness in the recreational and competitive level. Methods: The thesis is conducted as an empirical quantitative research, which focuses on finding descriptive and associative relationships between variables. From a methodological point of view this is a type of observation. To determine the necessary data was used planimetric method: trigonometric measurement. Measurements were attended by 531 children, including 243 boys and 288 girls aged from 11 to 16. This has involved completing a questionnaire form with basic somatic details and types of sporting activities. Findings effect of specific kinetic activities in formation habit of correct body posture at primary school in Jindřichův Hradec

The diploma thesis deals with determination the influence of targeted motion activity on formation the right body holding habit in primary school pupils (teenagers). The research was realized at 2nd primary school in Jindřichův Hradec among the pupils in the 7th grade. The aim of the research was to compile an experimental as well as a control group. Within these groups an entrance examination in a form of standardized functional tests for the body holding appraisal and finding out the shortening and weakening the muscles was accomplished. Subsequently, an exercise programme for supporting the right body holding and elimination of muscle unbalance for the period of 6 weeks was put together. Afterwards, a final appraisal of the experimental and the control group was accomplished (the identical with the entrance one). When comparing the entrance and final examination we found out that within the experimental group all the monitored parameters improved. There was no positive change of monitored parameters within the control group that was not involved in the exercise programme.
The Health Physical Education at Primary Schools in the region of Havlíčkův Brod

I concentrate on the health physical education in my graduation theses which I think is necessary part of education on grounds of many occurrences of children´s poor posture at the first stage. I targeted the occurence of the children´s postural defect and I chose the appropriate test excercises for the orientation locomotive organs, postural muscles and flagging muscles assessment. I did a control test after one year exercising with the children and compared wheather the physical defects are reduced or disapeared with the regular training. It´s necessary to remind which postural defects are occured at the small children and elements implicated them.
