Gastronomickým zariadením bude malá kaviareň, ktorá sa nachádza v Nitre na Slovensku. Táto práca definuje základné pojmy, ciele, metódy a teoretické vedomosti potrebné na objasnenie učiva, na základe ktorého je vypracovaný konkrétny podnikateľský plán. V závere práce je pomocou finančnej analýzy zhrnuté hodnotenie efektívnosti investovania do konkrétneho nápadu.

Financial analysis of gastronomic facility

The main purpose of bachelor thesis named "Financial analysis of gastronomic facility" is to execute the financial analysis of limited company in years 2011--2013. The main focus is on elementary method and analysis of financial ratios. The theoretical part of this thesis contains definition of fundamental terms and financial analysis. Firstly the main part contains overall analysis of the company, secondly the financial ratios will be analysed on the basis of financial statements from three fiscal periods. Afterwards the results of analysis will be interpreted. At the end I am going to suggest improvements which can improve the indexes and these improvements can lead to better financial performance of the limited company. This is the main goal of this bachelor thesis.

My thesis is dedicated to the business plan of the gastronomic facility. The thesis describes foundation of the company, analyses demand for the gastronomic services. The financial plan is being presented as well. The thesis includes the analysis of the company's environment, suppliers and customers. SWOT analysis, net present value analysis, index of the net present value and other ratio indexes are the parts of this thesis.

My bachelor thesis follows deals with the issue of marketing in gastronomy, especially with creation of a marketing plan for a small facility. The goal of the following bachelor thesis is to create a marketing plan for a newly opened gastronomic facility Creperie Amálka. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part deals with general marketing issues in gastronomy. It clarifies the meaning of marketing in gastronomy, particularities of services in this field and the creation and meaning of marketing plan for the gastronomic facility. In the practical part there is a description of the facility, situation analysis, setting of marketing goals and proposed marketing strategy for this newly opened organization.
