In publication we find by basic theoretic knowledge relating to company´s culture, it´s investigation, formation, meaning, etc. Publication of this thesis contains the summary of the problematic section and suggestion how to improve the current firm´s culture in which will the firm find practical usage.

This bachelor thesis deals with the corporate culture of ABC CYKLOSPORT s.r.o. and the promotion of the market. It is focused on maintaining customer satisfaction and the related increase in market share for the company. It is already established theoretical knowledge of the topic of corporate culture. In the second part there is a description and evaluation of questionnaire survey. These results constitute an established cornerstone for the design of measures that will lead to an increase in market share and streamline the work of employees.
Organizational Culture - the Suggestion of the Process of the Company Growth

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on improving the conditions of organizational culture in the company Sloane Park Property Trust, a. s. through results obtained from a questionnaire survey. The deficiencies in work content and entering into the company were detected in the company on the basis of an analysis of these gained results. Measures leading to the elimination of the deficiencies were proposed consequently. The principal aim of this thesis is the proposition of possible changes in the area of organizational culture by the company´s expansion. Namely these are formalization of the company´s relationships, formation of the ethics code, founding of a staff department, management training, audit of organizational culture and usage of the intranet.

The thesis “A Suggestion for the Improvement of the Company Culture in the Centre of Insurance” deals with the analysis of the corporate culture in the Centre of Insurance, a company that provides financial services. The main target of the thesis is to ascertain the power and standard of the corporate culture, as well as employees’ satisfaction. It aims to identify the elements of the corporate culture according to Schein’s model, and based on a questionnaire enquiry suggest such measures that would improve the corporate atmosphere and thereby contribute to the increase in the productivity of labour.

This bachelor thesis focuses on internal communication and corporate culture in the company GEMO. This bachelor thesis is systematically divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part of the work, based on a search of professional literature, the issue of internal communication in the company, corporate culture and, last but not least, the specifics of construction companies are introduced. The practical part uses the method of quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire is used to find out how internal communication and corporate culture are set up in the selected company. There is also an interview with a manager in the company. Furthermore, the method of SWOT analysis is used in the practical part of the work. The method was included because it is able to identify specific strengths and weaknesses in a specific area and strategy. Based on this SWOT analysis, recommendations for improving the current situation are defined.

On bases of questionnaire research the practical part is focused on particular company, i.e. on confirmation or disproof of the stated hypotheses that claims that individual elements of communication mains and quality of communication inside the company are direct tools, influencing and determining the company culture. Finally diploma theses summarizes all the findings arising from diploma theses and possible recommendations to improve the communication.

One part of the analysis is also a questionnaire. In the proposal part, the definite solutions are introduced in accordance to gained information. These changes will lead to an increase of the employee satisfaction.
