Traffic education in the school group

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of traffic education in the school club. The theoretical chapters deal with the area of leisure time of the school playgroup and the Children and Youth House. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to characterize the different concepts of traffic education for younger school age children at present. Furthermore, the aim of the bachelor thesis is the didactic design of a traffic education project for school playgroups in the traffic playground of the Children and Youth House. The starting point for the proposal is an analysis of the experiences and expectations of the school nursery teachers. The Knowledge and Attitudes of High School Students as Future Car Drivers of Vehicles about Collisions with Large Mammals in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the knowledge and attitudes of secondary school students as future drivers towards motor vehicle collisions with larger mammals in the Czech Republic. Collisions with forest wildlife is topical and important, both for nature and for the safety of future and current drivers. Paying attention to this issue in the teaching of science, biology or health education is considered by the author to be essential for the future safety of students. This thesis examines the knowledge and attitudes of students in two schools. One of these schools are the gymnasium, secondary vocational school and primary school (EDUCAnet) Prague and the other is the gymnasium and secondary vocational school of economics (GaSOŠE) Sedlčany. The research instrument chosen is a questionnaire created by the author for the purpose of this thesis. The results are obtained and interpreted from 192 students. After the evaluation of the questionnaire survey, we know that the students have quite a fair knowledge of the means against running into animals on the road and they are aware of the consequences of high-speed driving on the impacts of a collision with wildlife. Based on the results of the survey, gaps in knowledge, accident prevention and drivers' reactions to imminent danger are identified....
Realization of Traffic Education in Primary School

To follow, the focus of this diploma thesis is how traffic education can be properly incorporated into the first stage of our primary school curriculum and the different possibilities how the whole subject should be taught. Theoretical part deals with traffic education as part of education and also defines the term - traffic education, the meaning and the aim of traffic education area all together with short view into traffic education concept and comparision to abroad. In this part you can also find overview of implementation and content of outputs for each grade at the first stage of primary school together with various materials which can be used in traffic education. There is prepared short functional model of traffic education lesson for each grade in accordance with RVP (framework education program) in research part. These lessons has been tried out. An important aspect of teaching model is that there is no need of speacial material and it is not time consuming. Teaching model is also commented by several teachers from various cities, types of schools and different lenth of teaching practise and supplemented by possible conection with other subjects or cross-cutting themes. Possibilities of Traffic Safety Education of Kindergarten Children

Summary: This thesis deals with the options of using traffic safety education in kindergarten. It investigates whether there is enough attention to traffic education given in preschool. The theoretical part is focused on basic concepts: education, preschool education, traffic education, all with regard to the issue of preschool age children. It describes the organization involved in the traffic education for preschool age children. It further analyzes the available methodological resources related to this issue due to Framework educational program for preschool education. The next section analyzes the traffic education program, which is assembled in the bachelor thesis. (Husáková 2012) Through analysis of educational programs of individual kindergartens in Decin, I found out, that there is not sufficient attention to traffic education given. Three kindergartens do not have the traffic education incorporated in their school curriculum at all, eleven kindergartens have it only within the school education programs, and only seven kindergartens pays attention to the traffic education in a separate annex. In the survey of methods and programs that I've implemented through the interviews and questionnaires, I found out, that the most common methods used within the traffic education in particular kindergartens...

The theoretical part aims to clarify the concept of Traffic Education and informs the readers of its importance and goals. Moreover, it deals with the capacity of Traffic Education in terms of the Czech educational system. At the same, it mentions the pedagogical projects, traffic playgrounds and also the physical education, which has an effect on road users. The aim of the practical part is to find out, using the questionnaires, how much the schools pay attention to Traffic Education and whether the principles of traffic education are involved in P.E. classes. The practical part also includes a developed project for the fourth grades on teaching the traffic education on traffic playgrounds
The Traffic Education of 4th and 5th Class Pupils of Primary Schools in the Pelhřimov District.

Annotation This thesis observes the important aspects related to traffic education of pupils in primary schools. It is especially concentrated on the age group of pupils 4th and 5th grades. The thesis includes a theoretical part dealing with the specifics of traffic education. An individual chapter is devoted to aims, that should be in the context of education - learning influence on children met. The next chapter, which analyzes the fundamental phenomena involved in the formation of key competencies of young road users. They are family, school and children's traffic playground. The actions of these institutions have a common aim, namely to equip students both theoretical knowledge and practical skills and learn to act in accordance with them in protecting the health and lives of children and adults. The following chapter focuses on risk behavior in traffic, the consequences of which proves absolutely alarming statistics on traffic accidents of children. Other chapters bear titles Pedestrian and Cyclist point to the correct interpretation of these concepts and their respective meetings in real traffic. The last chapter in this part of the thesis consists of BESIP. The aim was to highlight the vital role in many areas of its operations. The approach is its history and present, as well as the function of regional coordinators and a number of actions relating to road safety in the Czech regions. The practical part is represented with two individual chapters. The first is a list of research involving the participating primary schools set requirements and main observed factors. The second part presents the methodology of the questionnaire, its subsequent detailed analysis and finally a summary of the results, which bears some predictive value of realized investigations. This is a comparison of the collected written material with a focus on positive response. The aim of the research was to uncover the knowledge levels of respondents to compare the knowledge of boys and girls, and to compare the awareness of the 4th and 5th grades of primary schools. The thesis concludes a summary of the findings. In the annexes are placed tables, graphics and the full questionnaire completed for students.

The third part deals with traffic-safety campaigns in the Czech Republic. Conclusion point to principles and foundations of safe driving on the roads.

Analysis of traffic education teaching 5th grades in selected primary schools in Prague

Title: Analysis of traffic education teaching 5th grades in selected primary schools in Prague Objectives: The main aim of this thesis was to explore and compare the knowledge of traffic education for pupils who have completed 4th year of primary school who used to teach traffic playground compared to students who do not receive instruction in the transport field. Methods: The research group has a total of 111 fifth grade students from four schools in Prague. The method for obtaining data used questionnaires to evaluate it using Excel. Results: The results highlighted in the testing of hypotheses on the conformity of success responses of the two test files of students who received instruction on traffic playground and students who did not pass the teaching. The absolute values of the survey results (its parts) shows a slight increase in the success of students using the transport field.
