Beránek, Ondřej ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The master thesis describes the design and digital commissioning of a robotic production system for 3D concrete printing. The theoretical part of the thesis includes an analysis of the current state of knowledge in the field of 3D printing in industrial automation. It also includes a detailed system analysis of the problem, in which the requirements and elements of the production system are specified. In the applied part of the thesis, a 3D model of the workplace was created and a simulation of the entire production process and digital commissioning of the system were performed using the ABB RobotStudio software. The output of the of the application part of the thesis is the design is the design of the workplace with a debugged control program ready for use in real operation.
Robotized workplace for palletizing parts
Valenta, Jan ; Bražina, Jakub (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The subject of this thesis are robotic palletizing workplaces, which are theoretically analyzed ind the research part. In practical part of this thesis, these findings are used to design a specific robotic workplace. Thereafter, this design is developed in order to acquint the reader with each part of workplace. Subsequently the workplace is digitally commissioned. The result of this thesis is fully functional CAD model of the workplace with program ready to be uploaded to the robot.
Digital commissioning of robotic machine tool operator
Tecl, Michal ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of digital commissioning of robotic operation of CNC machine tools. In the research part, individual types of industrial robots are analysed, including their advantages and disadvantages for the given application. Furthermore, several software used for digital commissioning are described and the possibilities of communication between machine tools and robots are described. In the practical part, a model task of operating two CNC machines is created. A suitable robot, robot tools, part magazines are selected, and a 3D model of the entire workplace is processed. In the final part, both a program for the robot and a program for the PLC controlling the entire workplace will be created.
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for resistance welding
Šuba, Marek ; Bražina, Jakub (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is the simulation and digital commissioning of a robotic production system for welding elements such as studs on sheet metal parts. The basis of the work is search of information related to industrial robots, PLC control, tools used for welding, fixtures, manipulators, sensors, safety and protection elements commonly used in such production systems. The second part of the work deals with the given problem and it is a virtual commissioning of the given concept of a robotic production system. This means creating its simulation model in the Process Simulate environment, selecting robots, creating robotic trajectories, collision analysis, creating sensors, signals and optimization. Last part includes the connection of the simulation model with the software S-7PLCSIM Advanced and TIA Portal, the creation of control PLC logic in the form of a program, visualization and verification of their functionality using the above-mentioned connection with the simulation model.
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for parts assembly
Onderka, Tomáš ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with digital commissionig of a robotic production system for parts assembly. The issue of digital commissioning is described in the theoretical part of the thesis, followed by a safety of the workplace and description of used grippers. Parts assembly, large series and small series approaches are described in the practical part of the thesis. For digital commissioning was used ABB RobotStudio and small series workplace was commissioned.
Design and digital commissioning of the bag handling gripper
Vávra, Daniel ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with a conceptual design of a handling gripper for 25-kilo bags and its subsequent digital commissioning. The theoretical part explains the issue with end effectors for handling, including introduction of specific concepts of bag handling grippers by chosen companies. There is also a problematic of virtual commissioning mentioned in the end of the theoretical part. The practical part deals with the conceptual design of the gripper itself, which is then substantiated by needed strength and kinematic analysis in a calculation report. The main advantage of designed solution is, apart from high moving speed, pallet gripping mechanism, due to which the gripper is able to prepare pallets for subsequent bag palletization automatically. In the end, the chosen conceptual solution is digitally commissioned in ABB Robot Studio program, along with creating a simulation of gripper moves.
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for sandblasting technologies
Dvořák, Vít ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the digital commissioning of a robotic production system for blasting aluminum castings. The introductory theoretical part discusses the technology of digital commissioning and blasting technology. The practical part is divided into several parts. In the first part, a system analysis is created, which sets out the conditions that the system should meet. The following is a conceptual design of a robotic cell, selection of individual system devices and determination of technological parameters. In the third part, a technological jig is designed, which is used to set up the blasted part inside the cabin. The last part deals with the creation of the robot path and the creation of the basic logic of the production system in the ABB RobotStudio program.
Digital commissioning of a robotic welding workplace
Sarvaš, Matej ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work was to process the issue of digital commissioning of a robotic welding workplace. At the beginning, the current knowledge in the field of digitization, programming of industrial robots and welding has been described. In the practical part, a 3D model of the welding cell itself has been designed in the simulation software, then various variants of clamping jigs have been considered, and in the last part, the welding paths for the selected weldment has been designed.
