Impact Analysis of Location on the Market Value of Housing Units in Selected Locations

The thesis focuses on the comparison of selected methods for valuated property type apartment. Valuating apartments are located in areas Decin, Ústí nad Labem and Most. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic terms, a description of the valuation methods associated with this dissertation and description of locations for the sites in terms of historical, cultural, social and economic. The practical part was to prepare drawings of assessed residential units and subsequent determination of prices of selected valuation methods – comparative method price by 2014 and 2015, by direct comparison and revenue method. In conclusion, the comparison of prices, according to the valuation method sused.
Evaluation of the production of the Wilhelm Schiller & Sohn manufactory from an artistic point of view.

This bachelor thesis deals with the history of the manufacturer of siderolite and majolica, the Wilhelm Schiller & Sohn factory in Horní Žleb. It focuses on the evaluation of the production of the factory during its existence between 1851 and 1910. The factory was one of the most important producers of siderolite and majolica in North Bohemia at the time. Franz Laube, the later director of the Technical school in Teplice (Teplitzer Fachzeichnen- und Modellir-Schule), was also one of the factory's employees. Wilhelm Schiller closely followed the artistic development of the world's styles and designed his models according to them, while preserving their own character. The factory employed a large number of people from the surrounding area.
The structure of the Municipal Library in Děčín and its services for users

(anglicky) The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to describe the establishing of the Děčín library as well as its organizational structure and services. The first chapter is about the history of the town and its cultural background. The second chapter is about historical development and the current state of library - its organizational structure, equipment and financing is described at the third chapter. All library departments, library services and library collection are described in the fourth part. The last chapter is about library's educational center and the construction of the new library building.
Botanical (Dendrological) Walks on the Territory of Děčín

In this thesis, we are introduced to terrain-style (on-spot) approach to teaching botany and dendrology subjects on high school or high vocational school. The main goal of this thesis was to point out interesting spots in the city of Děčín from the dendrological point of view and design optimal walk routes for them. In the introductory part, the terrain-style approach in teaching is described, including its various types, goals, specifics of preparation phase and possibilities of using mobile applications as a tool for botany and dendrology teaching. We also wrote up about the topic of including terrain-style teaching of botany and dendrology into curricular school documents. In next segment, we described interesting spots in the city of Děčín from the dendrological point of view, such as: Zámecké zahrady (Palace gardens), Mariánská louka (Mariánská meadow) or Lesopark Kvaderberg (Kvaderberg forrest park). Overall, we designed eight walk routes.
Selected churches of Jan Václav Kosch in Děčín region from the monument care point of view

This bachelor thesis is focused on three late Baroque churches in the Děčín region from the heritage conservation point of view. Namely the church of St. Wenceslaus in Děčín Rozbělesy, the church of St. Francis Xavier in Děčín Bělá and the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Arnoltice. All three buildings are connected with the name of the regional builder Jan Václav Kosch, whose life and work are briefly discussed in the first chapter. Following are the treatises on individual buildings. For each of them, its history and description are presented, and its current status and the possibilities for future modifications and repairs are evaluated. The aim of the thesis is to draw attention to the poor status of significant regional monuments and to outline possible steps for their renewal.
The proposal for new hiking trails in PLA Labské pískovce

The objective of this diploma thesis is search processing of tourism, his problematics and protection of the nature. In the other part this thesis deal with analysis of hiking trail in Labske piskovce PLA in focus of potentional atractive with proposal of new hiking trails in this location. Analysis containe all hiking trails in this location according to colored tourism distinction of trails. Proposal of new hiking trails was formed with regard on protection of nature thus at the same time was surrounding area approached for visitors as much as possible. Proposal comprise new and turisty often attended attractiviness. This proposal can produce increase of attractiviness in this district and the influx of new turists.
Děčín and its Hinterland in the Middle Ages

The diploma thesis examines Děčín with its surroundings in the Middle Ages. It explores primarily the medieval roads on the borderline of Bohemia and Saxony, more specifically the left side shoreline routes between Děčín and Pirna. The reconstruction of the road network is summarized in a register of routes and a map. The locations of the findings obtained from men with detectors strikingly coincide with the routes. These findings are summed up in an attached catalogue. This coincidence implies that the detected findings might have been directly related to the routes. Attention is given to the functioning of forest complexes taking as an example a probe into the landscape on the borderline of Bohemian Switzerland and The Lusatian Mountains. Furthermore, I complete and correct some older ideas about the nature and structure of a vanished town on Mariánská louka. I put forward relative and absolute chronology of ceramics based on archaeological research conducted between 2007 and 2008. It refers to the beginnings, development and decline of the town situated on Mariánská louka. Děčín Castle in 20th Century

This bachelor thesis focuses on Decin castle's history dating from the end of the 10th century to presence. The thesis maps a development of the mansion in eras of individual owners. A special emphasis is put on events from the beginning of the 20th century to 1991; namely the sale of the castle to Czechoslovakian government, transforming the object to military quarters, and residence of several armies. Following part of the thesis concentrates on the progress of a reconstruction of devastated castle grounds. The conclusion of the thesis mention introduces a list of current cultural - educating programs, which the castle offers to its visitors.
Social Life and Local Identity in Děčín (Tetschen) and Podmokly (Bodenbach) 1870-1920

(in English): The theoretical part of the dissertation analyzes the process of modernization in the long- lasting nineteenth century and related terms. In particular nationalism, nation, identity, and memory. The case part follows up the towns Děčín and Podmokly and the beginnings and changes in identity of the local inhabitants in the second half of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. It lists the available sources and bibliography that are related to local identity. It describes the social life and the divelopment of both towns. The dissertation finds through the analysis of the dictionary entry the basic components of the local identity. The selected components are being analyzed by means of toponymy books, guide books, and primary sources. The work also follows the ways of influencing the local identity by the national proportionality and the national rivalry between the Czechs and the Germans.
