Parking Assistant
Mareček, David ; Dluhoš, Ondřej (referee) ; Kubát, David (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of parking assistant. It introduces the types of sensors for distance measurement and possibilities of using camera system. In implementation there are used ultrasonic sensors, namely rangefinder SRF08 and web cameras. User interface that combines data from individual sensors was designed and implemented. Parking assistant provides function for edge detection, sound and graphics signalization together with automatic night mode.
Detection of defects in camera data
Blažej, Svätopluk ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Janáková, Ilona (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to implement algorithms able to recognize different types of camera defects in order to analyze the quality of the scanned image. At the same time, the bachelor thesis evaluates the speed and accuracy of the proposed algorithm on the dataset of images of various defects.
Pedestrian Detection and Recognition in a Multi-Camera System
Macák, Filip ; Orság, Filip (referee) ; Goldmann, Tomáš (advisor)
The main purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to create an application for person detection and recognition from scenes captured in a multi-camera system. The output of the application is a video on which the detected persons are highlighted and each person is assigned an identification number through which it can be recognized across the input scenes. Several solutions to the problem of person detection and recognition were examined and the text of this work serves as an overview of these problems. The application is built on PyTorch and Torchreid libraries. A detector with a Faster-RCNN network is used for detection and recognition is based on the OSNet network. The application also includes a simple user interface to facilitate work with the application. The application serves as a demonstration of the state-of-the-art for person detection and recognition.
System for Guarding and Securing Objects and Areas
Kuchařík, David ; Kubek, Ján (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
This project deals with given safeguard possibilities, both mechanical and electronic. A row house with garden was chosen for being secured. Subsequently, were elaborated two`s proposals of securing and guarding of this object. First, was based on camera`s system and second on common system ESS. Later on they were evaluated and the most considerable benefits were emphasized. A system based on control panel with connected detectors was selected upon specification. Subsequently was created a model of the chosen system, at which the required behaviour was simulated and verified. An outline of an implementation was created in the C language.
Optimization of Company Information Infrastructure.
Luska, Jiří ; Holub, Zdeněk (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
The thesis discusses the problems of data infrastructure in the company Instalační materiál – Herman s.r.o., which dealing with sale and comlex services in plumbing. The current state of computer networks is generally poor, combines current and older technologies, resulting in problems with the functionality of the sale system. Therefore the company decided to invest in upgrading IT. The goal is to evaluate the current situation and propose a range of optimization to an extent that meets the criteria of the company as a customer
Ovality measurement of extruded fiber using three cameras
Loučka, Pavel ; Martišek, Dalibor (referee) ; Štarha, Pavel (advisor)
One of the important parameters observed during extruded fibre fabrication is its diameter. The diameter can be measured with a single scanning camera assuming that the fibre section has a circular shape. As proved in practice, another important parameter is ovality, that is the rate of fibre flattening. This paper assumes that the fibre section shape is elliptical. In such a case, at least three different views on examined fibre are needed. Mathematical part of this paper is concerned with analytical description of fibre ovality measurement using two different approaches based on the knowledge of linear algebra, projective geometry and conic sections theory. Main goal of this paper is thus to use both mathematical theory and image analysis methods for ovality and diameter determination. Precise calcluation of such quantities is, however, conditioned on precise camera system calibration, which is described in the paper as well. Additionally, the work contains a brief mention of technical realization of ovality measurement and its possible difficulties.
Production of gas valves on the automatic line
Pešl, Milan ; Rumíšek, Pavel (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of manufacturing gas valves on the automatic line and the design of CCTV systems to detect errors at assembly in Honeywell Czech Republic Ltd. The aim of this thesis is mutual comparison of the respective proposed options of the camera system, their optimal selection, and the evaluation of detected errors of the line by using Pareto Charts. An integral part of this work is a brief description of the automatic line for gas valves and the history of Honeywell Company.
Modular CCD cameras surveillance system
Řezníček, Radek ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with realization of modular camera system. Introductory part is focused on market research and concept of the system. Next part is dedicated to the choice of components for realization of the system. Practical part deals firstly with design of printed circuit board for supporting control unit which will be controlling peripherals like motion sensor, IR illuminator, eventually magnetic door contact and also focuses on software creation for main and supporting control unit.
Spatial analyses based on 3D city model
Florková, Miroslava ; Bartoněk, Dalibor (referee) ; Volařík, Tomáš (advisor)
The thesis is focused on geographic information systems and geographic data analyses tools. Examples of spatial analyses and tools for their creation are presented in ArcGIS at work. The main goal was to create a simulation camera system in the 3D urban model and to create spatial analyzes resulting in the camera's field of vision being intersected with the 3D model of the city. The result is 3D visualization, which shows the range of camera shooting areas. The results obtained were evaluated at the end.
Easily Configurable Visual Inspection System for Industrial Applications
Andrla, Ondřej ; Špaňhel, Jakub (referee) ; Španěl, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create a prototype of an easily configurable camera system, used to control products on an automated assembly line. The thesis is especially focused on the issue of LED detection. Their very presence in the image is detected and the system also evaluates whether the LED is lit and, if so, in what color. The final solution allows the user to easily define control metric for searching for circular objects in the image in a configuration application with a graphical user interface. The configuration is saved in a JSON file. Furthermore, a runtime which independently processes the recording from the camera, checks the products and reports on them to other components of the system based on the configuration was implemented. The system uses the Hough circular transformation to detect objects in the image. To test the efficiency of the system, a dataset was created using the FitKit tool with a LED matrix. When testing the runtime on the dataset, the overall accuracy of LED detection was 97,79%.
