Presented Master’s thesis characterizes, analyzes and assesses the current situation of Holba’s brewery, Ltd. The thesis includes theoretical resources, company analyses, mainly internal and external analyses. As a result of outside and inside analyses there are formulated opportunities and Threats, Strengths and Weaknesses. On the basis of findings, the thesis includes comprehensive proposal of strategy, development and improvement of company position, which should help to fix it’s position on market and take a step forward in today’s mobile world.
Development of Company´s Business Activities on a Foreign Market

The diploma thesis is focused on the development of business activities of the company HomeGym s.r.o. on a foreign market. Diploma is situated in four parts. The introductory part deals with the definition of the issue, the determination of the main and partial objectives, the processing process and the methodology used. The next part is theoretical, where the terms related to the issue are defined. The practical part follows, which is divided into an analytical part and own solutions. The analysis of the current state of the company is contained in the analytical part, which is followed by their own solutions and their contribution to the development of the company's business activities in foreign markets.

This master thesis deals with the proposal to increase sales of single portion ice cream desserts of the company ABC Ltd. on the market in the Czech Republic. First of all, this thesis treats with analyse of various activities of the company and their evaluation with the aid of analytical methods. Second of all, problematic parts are selected and there are proposals submitted for their solution in the proposal chapter. As result of this master thesis is evaluation of benefits of proposed solutions for the year 2016 and their comparison with expenses and overall recommendation.

In the Bachelor’s thesis, I deal with assessment and sugestion on expanding business aktivity of Czech Republic based company Faster CZ,spol.s r.oo, that is producing to the Home automation and Regulation global market. The scope of business is production and resale of control units. The sugestions aim on reinforcing the marketing activities, brand development and improvement of customer relationships on the B2C market. Based on the analysis, I define the position of the company on the market as well as the potential for future development in the framework of certain market and then I define specific activities pointing to improve the business activities.
