Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sestavení návrhů na zlepšení e-shopu skupiny firem ADW. Návrhy jsou podložené analýzou konkurence, jejich e-shopů a analýzou současného e-shopu. V teoretické části jsou vysvětlené teoretické koncepty pro tento rozvoj. V analytické části je vyhodnocená současná situace e-shopu firem ADW a jsou zde zmíněné oblasti, ve kterých je potřeba provést určité kroky k rozvoji pro dosažení cílů v budoucnosti. V poslední části bakalářské práce je část návrhová, ve které jsou navrženy potřebné kroky k rozvoji potřebných oblastí.

Ve 21. století se v srdci Evropy stále najde množství lidí, kteří mohou jen s velkými obtížemi sehnat dobře padnoucí obuv. Nejedná se o nějakou specifickou potřebu, ale jde minimálně o případ slečen a žen s chodidly začínajícími na velikosti bot 43. Diplomová práce se zabývá touto situací z podnikatelského hlediska a nabízí potenciální řešení ve formě obchodní strategie nově založeného podniku. Navržená obchodní strategie může být použita jako jeden z materiálů pro rozhodování ohledně vstupu na trh s nově založenou firmou.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a business plan to establish a photographic store in Brno. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part explains basic terminology related to strategic management and strategic analysis. A quantitative research, analysis of internal and external environment and a stakeholder analysis, which revealed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the business, is broken down in an analytical part of the thesis. Then financial analysis follows. Specific strategies, which are based on these factors, are designed in order to successfully start the business. The last part discusses designated solutions.

The agency will deal with organising social and cultural events providing gastronomical services and unusual experiences based on customers’ orders. The thesis is composed of two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the structure of the business plan, necessary analyses, sources of financing, and legal forms of business. The practical part comprises of knowledge gained from specialised literature and experience in this field. The conclusion involves a comprehensive choice of one most suitable option which is completed from a wide range of possibilities in separate chapters.
