The building is owned by the city, whose task is to create new functions and uses for the abbey. The city did not concretize the plans for the construction of the monastery, it was more about a vision of the future and the discovery of new possibilities. Based on the analysis of the existing domain, conclusions are drawn about the use of new functions. The abbey is centrally located and is operationally and structurally connected to the Roman Catholic Church of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary. The monastery also has a garden, which is currently inaccessible and unused. The plan is to revitalize the garden and build an underground parking lot that will serve the monastery and the city. The garden will be open to the public and at the same time will allow access to another part of the city. Revival of the monastery and its gardens should make the location more attractive and attract people to the city.
