The life situation of an individual in insolvency proceedings

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the topic: Life situation of an indebted or over-indebted individual. This final work contains an explanation of the concept of life situation and social functioning followed by a description of difficult life situations. In the introductory chapter there is an overview of debt problems which describes basic concepts such as indebtedness and over-indebtedness, causes of indebtedness, person of the debtor and loan market. Following chapters describe consequences of debts or over-indebtedness and how to help these particular person. Part of this bachelor´s thesis contains also qualitative research was led in a counselling service agency - providing social professional counselling with focus on debt counselling. Based on the detailed analysis and interview with a counsellor, my research has identified effect for such debts or over-indebtedness´s and subsequent solution of bankruptcy in the life situation of an individual. According to the result it can be briefly concluded that indebtedness and over-indebtedness have an adverse impact on the living situation of an individual from economic, social, psychological and health point od view. On the opposite site bankruptcy solution helps to improve life situation of an individual because debt relief brings various benefits.
Life situations in literature. Worksheets for ninth grade of secondary schools

The possible approach towards the teaching of literature at the 9th grade level of primary education is the central topic of this thesis. The main idea is to base literature teaching on a system of working sheets, which relate to extracts from 4 selected books. These books have a common theme; real-life situations relevant to students of the 9th grade. Such theme has been preselected on the author's perception that students are becoming less in contact with the literary world, thus seeking a path to bring students closer to it. The goal is to show pupils the relevance and practical use of literature, with the use of diverse tasks and assignments and to convince them that reading may be entertaining as well as educating. A specific characteristic of the thesis is the fact that the research has been carried out in a given classroom at one of Prague's primary schools, where the author teaches Czech Language and Literature. Therefore, a key element of the thesis is the discussion of first hand findings and lessons-learned during these lessons. On the basis of the working sheet system trial results in class, this method proves to be efficient. Students reacted positively to the learning system and the text excerpts allowed them to complete literary tasks and also to discuss the described real-life situations...

1 ABSTRACT The goal of this thesis is to study the process of starting independent life of individuals with an intellectual disability. Specifically, it focuses on the role of siblings and the whole family in this process. Disabled individuals tend to benefit from their relationships with siblings which help them to be more easily integrated into society.At the same time, it draws attention to possible problems that may arise according to the warnings and placing excessive samples. Qualitative research focuses on starting an independent life with respect to the relationships with siblings, the main method for collecting information is interviewing disabled individuals and their families. The aim is to draw attention to the relationship between the brothers, situations in which help each other. Other oppinions are the relationships of an individual with a disability with his parents, how they become independent and other possible unpleasant situations in which people are interviewed. Answers to one's own person are also important. How they perceive themselves, how they feel and what they want to achieve. The Relationship Between the System of Social Policy and Intergenerational Solidarity Towards Single Mothers in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between the system of social policy and intergenerational solidarity towards single mothers in the Czech Republic. The purpose of the study is the topic of formation and evolution of single parenting in the Czech Republic and the importance of intergenerational solidarity, the phenomenon of single parenting as such and its connection with the system of social policy. The thesis has a theoretical basis in familialism and the theory of intergenerational solidarity. The primary aim was to chart the relationship between social policy and intergenerational solidarity towards single mothers, the secondary aim was to place the Czech Republic in one of the familialism types. All aims were divided into sub-aims, namely the explanation of the importance of intergenerational solidarity towards single mothers and the revelation of the importance of the social protection system for single mothers. The research was carried out qualitatively in the form of semi-structured interviews with respondents who were all single mothers, there was a research based on document analysis and study of literature. Satisfying the needs and demands of senior citizens living in nursing and retirement home Malesice

Bachelor's thesis " Satisfying the needs and demands of senior citizens living in nursing and retirement home Malesice ". The theoretical part is generally discussed in the aging process, the changes that accompany the process of adaptation and seniors to these changes. He mentions a senior position in society, support government and private religious institutions in the process of active aging and generally deals with the problems of this age group. It reveals both specific and general needs of clients and their satisfaction following a specific long-term care - Home for the Elderly Plant.. The methodology section are based on theoretical knowledge specifies research questions. The practical part deals with the qualitative research based on semi-structured interview with a selected sample of probands. Analysis of the data obtained in the concluding section provides the ability to measure the satisfaction of the real needs of clients and other ways to improve the service offered, and thus improve the lives of seniors in specific residential facilities.

1 Summary Životní situace žen žijících v azylovém domě Life Situation of Woman in The Shelter Jana Súkeníková The bachelor work devotes problems in the social act, which can bring mothers with children to the shelter houses. The main research question sounds: "What way of life brought women to the shelter?" The theoretical part of this work includes definition social functioning, the concept of living situations. The subsequent term, models and methodologies situation. This part describes characteristics and activities of shelter houses for mothers and children in crisis too. The second, empriric, part is composed of the methodolical section. For this research used a qualitative research method. The third section contains a description of the equipment that I have examined. This section presents the research sample and the results obtained from the interviews.
