1 ABSTRAKT Bakalářská práce se věnuje osamostatňování jedince s mentálním postižením, a to v souvislosti se sourozenectvím. Důraz je tak kladen na vztah mezi osobou s mentálním postižením a jejím sourozencem a dále také na rodinu, která hraje v životě jedince s postižením i v procesu jeho osamostatňování významnou roli. Sourozenecký vztah je brán jako velice cenná výhoda, díky níž je jedinec lépe zapojován do společnosti a získává i jiné benefity. Sourozenectví je tedy vnímáno jako nenahraditelný vztah. Bakalářská práce se také zaměřuje na život sourozenců těchto lidí, na jejich složité situace nejen v rodině. A zároveň upozorňuje na možné problémy, které mohou vzniknout vzhledem k upozaďování a kladení přílišných nároků. Kvalitativní výzkum práce se zabývá pohledem na osamostatňování a vztahem mezi osobou s mentálním postižením a jejími sourozenci, kdy na základě rozhovorů jsou získávány názory na danou problematiku. Odpovědi na tuto problematiku jsou hledány z rozhovorů členů rodiny osoby s mentálním postižením. Snahou je upozornit na vztah mezi bratry, situace, v kterých si vzájemně pomáhají. Dalšími body jsou vztah jedince s postižením s jeho rodiči, jak probíhá osamostatňování a dále možné nepříjemné situace, v kterých se mohly dotazované osoby ocitnout. Závěr shromažďuje veškeré poznatky získané z... 1 ABSTRACT The goal of this thesis is to study the process of starting independent life of individuals with an intellectual disability. Specifically, it focuses on the role of siblings and the whole family in this process. Disabled individuals tend to benefit from their relationships with siblings which help them to be more easily integrated into society.At the same time, it draws attention to possible problems that may arise according to the warnings and placing excessive samples. Qualitative research focuses on starting an independent life with respect to the relationships with siblings, the main method for collecting information is interviewing disabled individuals and their families. The aim is to draw attention to the relationship between the brothers, situations in which help each other. Other oppinions are the relationships of an individual with a disability with his parents, how they become independent and other possible unpleasant situations in which people are interviewed. Answers to one's own person are also important. How they perceive themselves, how they feel and what they want to achieve. These questions are mainly about people with mental disabilities, but from the point of view of a person with a mental disability and also from the point of view of his family.
