The Proposal to Extend the Kindergarten

This thesis analyzes the current state of the selected Kindergarten. Based on the analysis made a proposal to extend kindergarten, due to lack of capacity building. The thesis is designed to address deficiencies occurring in kindergarten. It created a proposal to extend the new kindergarten class together with the calculation of the costs incurred and revenues.
Strategic management of school in the context of six-year term

The aim of the thesis is to determine whether there are limits that may restrict kindergarten headmaster in the strategic management of the school, considering a six-year term in office. The thesis consists of two main parts. In the theoretical part, the concepts such as strategic management of the school, position of the kindergarten headmaster and a six-year term in office are explained. The research part describes the processes at the school. Methods of observation, interview, questionnaires and document analyses, are used in order to collect the data which are coded, categorized, and then used to form a story.
Identification of the Educational Needs of Kindergarten Directors

This diploma thesis focuses on the educational needs of educators in leadership positions on whom increasingly higher demands are placed, resulting from changes in society, which are reflected in the transformations of schools. It points out the urgent need to identify the current educational needs of kindergarten directors, to adapt the range of education available to their needs and thus create the basis for systematic, life-long education. The work is based on theoretical knowledge, professional literature, legal requirements, competences and other fields and activities which form the basis for educational needs of directors. It explains terminology used in education and identifies the current state in the continuing education of school directors. It offers various methods and forms of continuing education. The thesis also contains a research section focusing on kindergarten directors. It provides information on their approach to continuing education, their specific educational needs, identifies gaps in currently available range of offered courses and looks into their motivation to further self-education. Motivating factors influencing the work of directors of nursery school

Master's thesis entitled Motivating factors influencing the work of directors of nursery schools aims to identify motivational factors influencing the work of headmasters. The main objective of the research is to determine which of motivation, stimulation, and demotivating factors affect headmasters of nursery schools of the Pardubice Region. Based on quantitative and qualitative research lead to the fulfillment of specific objectives. The first partial objective is to conclude from created questions for a research and carrying out research among nursery schools among Managers of Pardubice region through a questionnaire survey and subsequent analysis of the data,what motivational factors, stimulation, demotivating and to what extent, affect the work of directors of nursery schools in Pardubice region. The second partial objective is to compare the motivational factors influencing the work of selected directors surveyed of nursery schools in Pardubice region at different stages of their professional development and to identify changes in the scope of these factors of motivation. Jiří Trunda Summary: This Bachelor Thesis is focused on studying the influence of the replacement of a kindergarten's director on its culture and on the character of the employees' expectations regarding the new director. In its theoretical part the thesis is aimed at describing and defining its main topics, i.e. school culture and the influence of management replacement on school culture. School culture does not change only with time or with the changes of the outside environment. The replacement of the director may significantly change both the internal and external views of the school's existing culture. The degree of the organization's employees' satisfaction as well as their opinions, procedures, working conditions, etc. are important parts of the school's culture, which change when the management is changed. The research part of the thesis describes the employees' expectations after the director of the observed nursery has been replaced and their attitude to the change. There is also a results analysis which describes the common aspects brought by the change.

The thesis called "The time frame of the director of kindergarten" deals with time analysis of directors in kindergartens. It comes out of basic knowledge of time management and the area of self-management. Further on it sees the time frame as one the techniques for successful time analysis. The integral part of the thesis is the research focused on a composition and a range of the various activities of the kindergarten director, which are related to her status. This thesis is an offer how to attain better time management with suitable methods and how to find a balance in between job satisfaction and a personal life.
