Greek Military Junta in Family Reminiscences

This thesis examines the period of the Greek military junta through the lenses of then-children's reminiscences. These children, grew up dominantly in Athens, the capital and most likely place where events took place during the junta. Their family, and cultural memory serve as the key component to examining and analysing their collective memory of the Greek junta. The period of the quasi- dictatorship from 1967 until 1974 is to this day regarded as one of the darkest in the modern Greek history. During the colonels'era, political opposition and nonconforming citizens were either persecuted and imprisoned, or exiled to islands. Cultural and political freedom and personal rights were strictly limited. Despite the interviewees being merely children attending primary school, their social circles, families, cultural events, and subsequent years enabled them to create memories, as if they directly witnessed most of the events associated with the junta. The first part of the thesis encompasses theory of collective memories, second and third parts focus on modern Greek history since the end of the Civil War, and on the Greek military junta. Trials of Nazi Criminals in the Occupation Zones and their Influence on Czechoslovak Retribution - Abstract and Key Words The theme of the presented dissertation thesis is the phenomenon of the so-called Zone trials, ie the trials of Nazi criminals, which took place just after the end of the World War II in the territory of the individual occupation zones of divided Germany in the exclusive (possibly shared) jurisdiction of one of the four occupying powers (France, the Soviet Union, the United States of America and the United Kingdom). The first goal of this thesis is to analyze the trial programs implemented in each of the occupation zones and on the basis of these partial analyzes to obtain a generalized characteristics of each of the programs. The second goal is to compare each of the individual Zone trial programs. The third goal is to answer the question of whether and, if so, to what extent, the Zone programs of trials of Nazi criminals and Retribution trial programs implemented in the territory of Czechoslovakia were mutually influenced. Analysis of customer´s market

This master thesis focuses on the customer market analysis of The Rosenfeld Palace in Žilina in order to identify the factors influencing the participation of local residents in cultural events. The thesis uses the Theory of Planned Behavior and the concept of Third Places as theoretical frameworks to construct qualitative research. Based on the findings, it offers recommendations for management leading to an increase in the attractiveness of the palace and its attendance by local residents.
Analysis of the legitimacy of use of solar trackers for photovoltaic systems in a given area

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the Analysis of justifiability of use of solar trackers for photovoltaic systems in given locality. The principle of the photovoltaic transformation, kinds of photovoltaic panels, legislation and a suitability of the Czech republic for photovoltaic systems are roughly characterized in the first part. The second part is about the systems of tracking the photovoltaic panel to the sun and the stationary placement photovoltaic panel. The possibilities of increasing of power of photovoltaic panel and the factors, which influent the power of photovoltaic panel, are detailly described in the third part. The photovoltaic system in given lokality is designed in the fourth part. The experiments are designed, realised and evaluated in the next parts. The experiments are focused on practical verification of the power of stationary placed panel during the day and the year. The last part of this bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of justifiability of use of solar trackers for photovoltaic systems in given locality from many points of view.
Analysis of the safety requirements of machinery in the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union

The diploma thesis analyzes the European, Czech and Russian standards and requirements for ensuring safety of machinery and methodical process to ensure safety through certification of machinery and centrifugal pumps specially introduced onto the market in the Eurasian Economic Union and the Russian Federation. The first part describes the legislative documents, their properties and the current legislative requirements of EU and EAES. In the second part is an analysis and described comparison of legislative safety requirements of the European Union, the Czech Republic, the Eurasian Economic Union and the Russian Federation. In the third part is described comparison of standards, and were made updates. In the practical part is an analysis of risks pump manufacturer "SIGMA GROUP" according to the requirements EAES and proposed methods for reducing risk prevention. Also in the practical part is analyzed and is created methodical preparation of certification of machinery and pumps placed on the market in the Eurasian Economic Union and the Russian Federation.
Center of water skiing Soběslav

The thesis is focused of proposal and procesing of project documentation Center for waterskiing. The proposed object is located in the western part of the town Soběslav, in the locality aimed at sports activities. The building is created of facilities for summer sports, especially water skiing and wakeboarding. Further there will be built a playground for ball sports and track on roller skates. This is a three-storey no with a cellar object with a flat roof. The object is based on the foundation reinforced concrete pads a strips. The first floor is bricked of permanent formwork and partly of cast in place structure. The second and third floors is designed of clay blocks POROTHERM. This masonry is insulated with the aid of external contact thermal insulation. In the western part of the building is designed ventilated facade. The floor structures is designed from prestressed reinforced concrete panel SPIROLL and partly from reinforced concrete slabs. The object is divided into several operating units. They are the gym and its facilities, restaurant with kitchen, facilities for employees and the necessary storerooms, coffeehouse, shop with sporting equipment, rental equipment for water skiing and a dressing room serving the outdoor sports. The essential part of the second floor is comprised outdoor terrace. From this terrace is allowed entry to the coffeehouse, restaurants, shops and on the main staircase.

Diploma thesis “The hotel in Horská Kvilda” is elaborated in form of project documentation which includes all requirements of given standards. The object is placed on plat number 195/1 in Horská Kvilda. The character of the object is simple brick building. With it´s height the object corresponds with the build up area. It is three – floor house with partial basement. In the cellar is situated technical background of hotel. In the ground floor there is restaurant and it´s operational foul territory, the staff foul territory and the store rooms. In the second floor there are rooms for guests. In the third floor there are just rooms for guests. The thesis is worked up as complete implementation building plan.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a mountain hotel in the Malenovice village. The object is placed on a sloping plot located in an attractive area of Moravian-Silesian Beskydy. The mountain hotel has 4 floors and a basement. In the First floor There is a restaurant with a terrace, space for staff and also the accommodation part. In the second and third floor we can find guest rooms and rooms for the hotel staff. In the basement there is wellness, a gym and a conference room. Here se can also find space for staff service. The constructional systém is made of ceramic bricks filled with mineral isolation.
HOUSE ON THE EDGE – Valašské Meziříčí, Sokolská Street

Architectural expression is trying to be more temperate. Grey sklocementový lining is designed to calm space and not create a new landmark. Green loggia with wooden pergolas and smaller předstoupenou bracket so that the material breaks at the site given rise to very large scale. Ground floor fully glazed facade with rounded corners symbolizes the openness of the building. Attracted to the atrium and use of multi-functional object, or just as a passageway to other parts of the city. The idea is to make the building a focal point for visitors. So that the car parked in the garage and went to town on foot. The building offers them several rentable space. Likewise, the administrative office building is located, which are mass separated from the rest of the glass facade of the building, which is in its matter counterpart to the adjacent shopping center. For it is maintained with the passage of shop windows and supply gate. Parking is available away from the street and the proposal allows for completely closing the square for cars. The second and third floor above ground floors are completely separated from the first, and towards the street and předstoupena. This creates a classic urban element, arbor. Vista Pospisilova streets between King and the covered terrace, which is used as a garden cafe, or a portion of leasable area. On it are placed concrete pots with a tree. The whole passage is still cover with wooden beams. Which completes the impression of the city gate. Terrace is located above the shops and where the green roof and access to the flats. The apartments are designed urban type.
