Procesy s nacistickými zločinci v okupačních zónách a jejich vliv na československou retribuci - Abstrakt a klíčová slova Tématem předkládané disertační práce je fenomén tzv. Zónových procesů, tedy procesů s nacistickými zločinci, které proběhly těsně po skončení bojů II. světové války na území jednotlivých okupačních zón rozděleného Německa ve výlučné (eventuálně sdílené) jurisdikci některé ze čtyř okupačních mocností (Francie, Sovětský svaz, Spojené státy americké a Velká Británie). Prvním cílem této práce je analyzovat procesní programy realizované v jednotlivých okupačních zónách a na základě těchto dílčích analýz získat zobecněnou charakteristiku každého z programů. Druhým cílem je pak provedení komparace jednotlivých zónových procesních programů mezi sebou navzájem. Za třetí cíl se dá označit zodpovězení otázky zda, a případně v jaké míře, se vzájemně ovlivňovaly zónové programy procesů s nacistickými zločinci a retribuční programy realizované na území Československa. V první kapitole jsou rozebrány historické základy soudních procesů proti osobám podezřelým ze spáchání válečných zločinů a jiných zločinů dle mezinárodního práva, jakož i teoretická východiska a okolnosti, které vedly ke vzniku procesních programů v samostatné jurisdikci jednotlivých spojeneckých mocností. Trials of Nazi Criminals in the Occupation Zones and their Influence on Czechoslovak Retribution - Abstract and Key Words The theme of the presented dissertation thesis is the phenomenon of the so-called Zone trials, ie the trials of Nazi criminals, which took place just after the end of the World War II in the territory of the individual occupation zones of divided Germany in the exclusive (possibly shared) jurisdiction of one of the four occupying powers (France, the Soviet Union, the United States of America and the United Kingdom). The first goal of this thesis is to analyze the trial programs implemented in each of the occupation zones and on the basis of these partial analyzes to obtain a generalized characteristics of each of the programs. The second goal is to compare each of the individual Zone trial programs. The third goal is to answer the question of whether and, if so, to what extent, the Zone programs of trials of Nazi criminals and Retribution trial programs implemented in the territory of Czechoslovakia were mutually influenced.
