Quality Management in Education

The main aim of my bachelor thesis is a perception of a quality management by headmistresses of kindergarden. Their opinions and arguments about the quality management of a school and their clarifications. The bachelor thesis is suppose to discover what awareness do the headmistresses of the kindergarden have about opportunities of the quality management. What are their opinions about methods of the quality management and their introducing to a school system. What form of introducing would bring benefits to competitive environment of the kindergardens. The bachelor thesis should bring real description, opinions and stance of the kindergarden's headmistresses on a education system, its quality management, their potential arguments and their reasons. Work and life balance of female doctors in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis focuses on work and life balance of female doctors in the Czech Republic. Conflicting requirements of labour market, traditional division of gender roles, lack of institutional support for parents (insufficient number of establishment providing child care et.) and specific demands of being doctor complicate work and life balance. In the theoretical part were discussed key theories based on personal freedom of choices or structural barriers of labour market, specifics of medical profession and strategies of solution to avoid unsuccessful work and life balance. The aim of this thesis is to answer which barriers female doctors (having children) perceive in combination of work and family. The empirical part of this thesis focuses on analyzing results of quantitative study in three thematic areas - doctor profession, experience with maternity leave and barriers to work and life balance. Teacher's planning as a managing skill

The Bachelor thesis concentrates on planning as one of the managing skills. The aim is to find out, in which professional situations, teachers of nursery and primary schools use planning, moreover, the usual subject of their planning and types of plans employed. The theoretical part clarifies and summarizes terms and theoretical findings, on the basis of available bibliography, connected to planning in general, as well as planning of a teacher during a lesson management. The practical part is the result of a qualitative research which was executed by the method of an interview, two teachers from a nursery school and three teachers of a primary school were interviewed. On the basis of these data, the list of all the activities of a teacher related to planning during a lesson was compiled. Their analysis led to define those that can be considered as managing skills.

Crisis management in nursery school

Bachelor thesis presents crisis proceedings in kindergarten/nursery school/. The target is to verify preparedness and rate of preparedness of these executives with the possible rise of risks in the demographic rise area, rise in the personal composition and last but not least with the risk of negative perception from the immediate surrondings. The theoretic part is based on the available professional literature and other available sources which deal with crisis proceedings and management. Research part consists of a questionaire survey made from the answers of the executives and the teaching staff in nursury schools. In addition, there are analysis and evaluations these surveys. This thesis summarizes knowledge from the crisis proceeding and forewarns to the area of riscs which are in some kindergartens underestimated. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
