Psychological aspects of a safe classroom climate

The theme of this bachelor thesis is a safe classroom climate. The first part provides a brief view on the complex issue of classroom climate and the second part focuses on this issue from the perspective of psychological aspects of a safe classroom climate. Psychological aspects are divided into developmental, personality and social-psychological. Part of the thesis is also a research project (a correlation study), which aims to determine the relationship between classroom climate and selected psychological characteristic - self-efficacy. Diversity management

The theme of this bachelor thesis is diversity management - managing diversity in organizations. Diversity management is introduced as a concept, based on fight against discrimination, appreciating interindividual differences among people and brings organization a profit. The first part focuses on human rights, discrimination and equal opportunities. Definition interindividual differences - dimensions of diversity in the next chapter is an important prerequisite to understanding the essence of diversity management. Diversity management is primarily interested in groups of workers who are usually disadvantaged in organizations, these include mainly women, persons of other race or ethnicity, persons over 50 years and persons with disabilities. From the perspective of organization is very important an implementation of the concept in the organization and benefits and costs that relate to this process. Then this thesis in terms of organization focuses on how diversity management is reflected in personnel activities. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to situation of diversity management in the Czech Republic.
T-cell immunotherapy of cancer

T cell immunotherapy of cancer Abstract Cancer is the second leading cause of death worldwide. Patients diagnosed at the late stages of the disease have limited treatment options. Traditional treatment modalities such as surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy also have limited efficacy at the late stages of the disease. Passive cancer cellular immunotherapy, namely the adoptive cell transfer, is a promising treatment modality in patients with late and refractory forms of the disease. The objective of the presented work is the development of the T cell-based immunotherapy of prostate cancer. The work addresses 3 parts of the T cell preparation for immunotherapy: enrichment, expansion, and modulation. The first part of the study investigates new ways how to enrich the patients' lymphocytes with T cells reactive to tumor-associated antigens. The second part of the study establishes a protocol for the extensive expansion of the enriched cell cultures. The last part of the study examines new approaches for modulating the phenotype of the enriched and expanded antigen reactive T cells. The work was summarized in 3 primary-authored publications, each of which addressed the individual parts of the cell preparation for T cell-based immunotherapy. Psychological Aspects of Teleworking

The theses Psychological aspects of teleworking is dedicated to actual theme of a teleworking from the perspective of psychological aspects and teleworkers. In the theses a concept of teleworking is introduced in the current social context with its historical development. The main focus is on introduction a teleworking in relation with personal characteristics of a teleworker, well-being, work-life balance and social dimension of teleworking. In the empirical part there is introduced a mixed methods research - a combination of mapping study and case study. The theme of the empirical part is teamwork and psychological safety of specific group of teleworkers - lectors from the non-profit organization. In the quantitative part got involved both teleworkers and their managers, in the qualitative part evaluated the teamwork and psychological safety in the team only managers of the teams. Communication with a pre-school age child in the family

My bachelor's thesis is focused on the meaning of communication with a preeschool child in the family. It finds if parents use effective or ineffective communication methods. In the theoretical part I deal with communication in general, especially verbal and nonverbal communication. Next it is locked on efficient communication and its methods. Attention is paid to family, their raising styles, using of punishments and rewards. The practical part deals with a research investigation, exactly on the meaning of communication with the child given by parents and which methods they use. After I explore how is communication with parents perceived by children and whether there are some differences between the way of perception of own speech by parents and how it is perceipted by children. I used questioning, dialogue and observation.
