These are school principals, deputy principals and senior pedagogical staff. The work mentions concepts such as self- knowledge, self-evaluation and their meaning and methods. Describes the principles of self- knowledge and ways to be proactive. It focuses mainly on tools and techniques of self-management and time management, where it outlines the principles and procedures of planning that can be used to streamline work. The work is designed so that its knowledge can be used by managers of primary and secondary schools. Alzheimer's disease - progress in therapy and diagnostics

The bachelor thesis compiled the up-to-date theoretical knowledge about Alzheimer's disease focused on its diagnosis and treatment. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the dementia syndrome and Alzheimer's disease in general. The clinical signs, stages and forms of Alzheimer's disease are described here, and there is also briefly summarized information about prevalence and risk factors. The next part discusses the pathophysiology and pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease, and the main hypotheses of the disease development are also described in this part. The chapter dealing with diagnostics is divided into diagnostic process, diagnostic criteria, laboratory tests and imaging methods. The chapter mainly describes the already established clinical, laboratory and imaging methods used in the clinical practice as well as methods that could be introduced into clinical practice in the future. Scientific research focuses on biomarkers related to pathological process of Alzheimer's disease. In the last part of bachelor's thesis are presented the possibilities of the therapy, including the symptomatic treatment, even the advances in treatment of amyloid β deposition. Name of diploma thesis: Involvement of experts from professional practise in grammar school Name: Jan Svoboda Subject of study: Andragogy a educacation management This diploma thesis focuses on an area that is practiced, developed and supported in vocational schools on a permanent and long-term basis, but in gymnasiums it can be perceived as problematic and even unreachable. It is about involving experts from practice in teaching. The theoratical part is based on an examination of the question of who an expert is and with it related issues of competencies. It is followed by an examination of forms of teaching in which it is possible to involve experts from practice. After this, I deal with the analysis of the curriculum of gymnasiums and the general educational program for gymnasiums. In this part of the thesis I will also touch on current related topics such as Strategy 2030+, legislation, non-profit organizations and multiculturalism. The bachelor's thesis is focused on a support and a motivation of nursary schools teachers within the process of integration of children with a different mother language - from the perspective of the school management. The aim of the thesis is to analyze specific supportive tools used by principals as well as institutional services provided in order to help teachers with integrating children with a different mother language at nursary schools. Especially those that may be related to the managerial - leading role. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis contains general definition of basic concepts and legislation related to the topic, different concepts of support at children education with a different mother language and the role of a principal in terms of managerial leadership are mentioned - specifically how the principal can assist his/her teachers within the process of working with children with a different mother language and which tools can be used. Conflicts between workers in a kindergarten

Even though the topic of gender is ever more present, as confirmed by the large amount of popular scientific literature on the topic, well-informed scientific papers on the topic of relationship between gender and conflicts within the environment of teaching staff are lacking both in domestic and foreign literature. The impetus for the creation of this thesis was the contemplation of the idea of how a larger proportion of males within teaching staff would influence the feminized Czech education system. The thesis investigates whether the gender makeup of teaching staff of selected kindergartens influences the types of conflicts that arise and how their characteristics depend on the gender makeup. The first chapter defines the notion of conflict from a theoretical point of view based on published literature and enquires into their causes and sources, as well as approaches to solutions. The second chapter deals with the notion of gender and presents current approaches and attitudes to this issue. In the second part of this chapter, we present several views on the difference between the male and female brain, perception, ways of thinking and assessment of sensory input, male and female communication and differing approaches to conflicts.
