Marketing Strategy Proposal for Chosen Company

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom marketingovej stratégie vybranej spoločnosti. Návrh bol realizovaný na základe požiadavok start-up spoločnosti, ktorá sa zaoberá predovšetkým vývojom softvéru, chce expandovať do zahraničia a nemá žiadne skúsenosti s marketingom. V práci je prevedená externá aj interná analýza spoločnosti. Taktiež bola prevedená analýza kľúčových faktorov úspechu a analýza hlavných konkurentov. Interná analýza spoločnosti pozostáva zo 4 P marketingového mixu a SWOT analýzy. Posledná časť práce vyberá vhodnú stratégiu vstupu na zahraničný trh a detailne analyzuje návrhy pre marketingový mix spoločnosti. V práci je taktiež navrhnutý zjednodušený finančný plán. Na konci práce sú zhodnotené prínosy diplomovej práce pre vybranú spoločnosť.

The Use of Methods of the Project Management in the Project of Voluntary Organisation

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je využitie teoretických poznatkov, nástrojov a metód projektového manažmentu a ich aplikácie na projekt neziskovej organizácie. Myšlienkou analyzovaného projektu je snaha o usporiadanie série podujatí na pomoc pri integrácii zahraničných študentov VUT v Brne do miestneho prostredia po ich príchode do Českej republiky. Práca je rozdelená do troch hlavných častí. Prvá kapitola vymedzuje teoretické poznatky, na základe ktorých sú vytvorené návrhy riešenia. Druhá časť je zameraná na pozadie organizácie, organizačnú štruktúru, či rozbor problémov, ktoré nastali v minulosti. Posledná časť pracuje s teoretickými nástrojmi a metódami a transformuje ich do analýz pre projekt vhodných.

The Business Plan to Set Up an Online Platform Connecting Economic Commercial Entities on the Czech market

The content of the master’s thesis is the elaboration of a real business plan, which deals with the creation of a digital space for the professional self-realization of customer segments. The theoretical part describes the specification and verification of the initial idea of the plan using the Lean Canvas tool, qualitative research among the first customers and other analytical methods to define key factors from the general and market environment and internal sources. The analytical part focuses on the application and results of selected analytical-research methods, including evaluation for the subsequent selection of a suitable market entry strategy. The proposition part contains the final business and market strategy and business model, which is developed into individual parts of the business plan.

Usage of Agile Methodologies in Software Development Management

The proposed bachelor thesis deals with agile software development. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of traditional and agile methodologies and their comparison. Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Extreme programming and agile tools such as Kanban, Test Driven Development and Feature Driven Development are described in more detail below. Furthermore, was carried out the current state analysis of the company, which used some tools of agile management. Based on analysis, are proposed the solutions to problems that were discovered.

Launching and Running a Company Using Project Management Methods

The thesis is focused on finding proper methods of business plan realisation, in order to launch an ecologic car wrecks disposal and recyclation company. Suggestions on how to conduct this project have been made according to IPMA competence baseline and analytic work has been done using MS Project tool. This thesis consists of theoretical information, analytical and practical part, focused on business plan description, and choice of a proper realisation methods.
