The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan. The subject of found is e-shop with original paintings. First part of the thesis consists of theoretical base, thesis conti-nues through a questionnaire survey to create a real business plan. The last mentio-ned part contains my recommendations and suggestions to the problems in each parts.
Czechoslovakia in 1960s from the point of view of theory of non-democratic regimes

Abstract The Master thesis Czechoslovakia in 1960s from the point of view of theory non- democratic regimes deals with the analysis of political, economic and social development, especially with the so-called Prague Spring of 1968. The 1968 reform was an attempt to transform the Czechoslovak communist regime. The aim was to transform Czechoslovakia into a modern industrial society, break free from the total subordination to the Soviet Union, yet with the leading role of the Communist Party. For this reason, the year 1968 holds an important position in our post-war history. The thesis is divided into two main parts and seven chapters. The first part is devoted to non-democratic theories, particularly to totalitarianism and authoritarianism. The second part describes the events in the communist Czechoslovakia between 1948 and 1960. And subsequently, the remaining part is devoted to the main topic of the thesis, to Czechoslovakia in the 1960s. The aim of my thesis was to describe the situation in Czechoslovakia in the 1960s, identify the causes and consequences of the so-called Prague Spring of 1968 and try to match Czechoslovakia to a certain type of non-democratic regime in the 1960s and thus determine where Czechoslovakia was on the imaginary scale from totalitarianism to democracy in this period.

The emphasis is on whether respondents comply with the therapeutic mode, and if and how their illness limits in everyday life. The work is divided into part of the theoretical and empirical. The concept of quality of life appears and examines in different scientific disciplines since the mid-20th century. The first chapter the theoretical part of the work deals with the definition of the concept of and methods of the survey on the quality of life. The second chapter covers the disease diabetes mellitus as a whole. This chapter has been included for better orientation in the subject and its consistency. In all directions, points out the importance of a good compensation for illness and compliance with therapeutic mode. The third chapter expands upon the issue of diabetic foot syndrome. Launch marketing strategy of Becherovka Lemond

The master thesis named "Launch marketing strategy of Becherovka Lemond" analyses the launch marketing campaign. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. Theoretical part deals with characterization of marketing mix and brand management. Practical part includes analysis of the market of alcoholic beverages in Czech Republic and consumers trends and analysis of up to now marketing strategy of the firm. Properly it deals with analysis and evaluation of marketing strategy while launching new product. The thesis also contains marketing consumer research. In the end there is the whole evaluation of the campaign with some recommendations for future progress.

Popisuje jeho základní prvky a zásady, vyjmenovává nedůležitější techniky a média užívaná při guerilla marketingu. Celý trend přibližuje na několika příkladech z praxe. Zároveň se zabývá postavením guerilla marketingu na poli legislativy a etiky a zařazuje průzkum postojů lidí ke klasické reklamě, který je vhodný pro vyvození závěrů o vhodnosti užití guerilla marketingu v současné době.
