Additive manufacturing of fixtures for assembly and pressing by FDM
Gregora, Jan ; Vespalec, Arnošt (referee) ; Slavíček, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor thesis dealt with the design of fixtures for prototype assembly of thermoregulating modules. One of the aims of the thesis was to evaluate the suitability of using FDM printing for the production of prototype fixtures. FDM fixtures are intended to replace the metal fixtures used to date. The motivation for the use of additive manufacturing was to make production cheaper and faster within the prototype department of Schaeffler Production CZ, s.r.o. The effect of the surface loading on the 3D printed PETG material, which was chosen as the construction material within the scope of the work, was measured. The results of this measurement and the findings from the research part were used for FEA analysis and design of the product. The comparison of the cost-effectiveness and the speed of the prototype fixture production clearly shows that the use of additive technologies is better.
Methods for surface improvement of components processed using Selective Laser Melting
Krontorád, Martin ; Slavíček, Jakub (referee) ; Malý, Martin (advisor)
Power bed fusion is advantageously being used for manufacturing of not only critical automotive and aerospace components, but even for biomedical implants. As-built components suffer from poor surface quality. The quality of surface directly affects fatigue behaviour. Some of the commonly used surface finishing methods are not suitable for additively manufactured components with intricate geometries. This bachelor thesis is focused on description of suitable methods for such components. The centre of attention is on Ti-6Al-4V and Inconel 718. The impact of each one of the methods on mechanical properties is discussed. Lastly a procedure of surface finishing for model cases of theoretical components is proposed. The main takeaway from this paper is understanding the obstacle that poor quality of surface to additively manufactured parts is and different solutions, to this problem, that described methods offer. Subsequently a critical analysis of the usability of the methods and help with designing a surface treatment procedure is offered.

Central banking, bank regulation and supervision in the Slovak Republic
Madleňák, Peter ; Půlpán, Karel (advisor) ; Slavíček, Jan (referee)
The thesis consists of five main parts in which I try to give a compact view on the bank regulation and supervision in the Slovak Republic and its institutional arrangement. In the introdutory part I deal with the historical development of the central banks and banking regulation (on the national and international level) and with the economic rationale for banking regulation and supervision, on the basis of which I try to support the hypothesis of desirability of banking regulation. In the following two chapters I analyse the institutional and legislative framework concerning the SBCS and NBS as the regulators of the banking sector in the former Czechoslovakia and Slovak republic, respectively. Followingly, I deal with the structure and the contemporary set-up of the banking regulation and supervision in the Slovak republic and with the main problems that arose in this field throughout the transformation period of the Slovak economy. In the last part I deal with the trends in the banking regulation and supervision connected with the European integration and integration of supervisory authorities. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

From the Wold of Business to the World of Planned Distribution A Look into the Development of Czech Consumer Cooperatives: 1945 - 1956 (Ústí nad Labem Region) The dissertation deals with changes in the content, forms and roles of the Czech consumer co- operatives in the years 1945 - 1956. This issue is a theme in four surveyed areas (territorially - organizational structure, the role of co-operatives in the Czechoslovak economy, relations with the Communist Party, economic activity of co-operatives). These are prerequisites of the transformation of consumer cooperatives from autonomous business entities in the subordinate sections of the state-organized distribution. The dissertation analyzes this transformation in its various stages and puts it into a broader context of Sovietisation, creation of a system of centrally planned economy and the economic, social and political development of Czechoslovakia during the researched period. Keywords: economic history, co-operatives, consumer co-operatives, Sovietisation, centrally planned economy, 1945-1956
Motivation and the flow experience of school of music' students (the theoretical-empirical analysis of high absorption activity aspect flow)
Slavíček, Jiří ; Krykorková, Hana (advisor) ; Koťa, Jaroslav (referee)
The musical education has a long tradition in the Czech Republic. Nowadays its aim is not only the development of personality abilities and competences of children and young people so it helps to make cultural and artistic platform of the society, but it is also focused on making positive relations to music and musical activities and its integration into a person's lifestyle. Positive experiences from musical activities can help a person to be directed in this way. The musical education takes place in elementary artistic schools (ZUS). The thesis is focused on questions of motivation through deep absorption into a ,,/low" activity and how to use this in musical education. It is also focused on concrete factors that support the induction into the ,,/low" state while practising on a musical instrument. In the thesis are also described the relations between students personality and his or her ability to experience the ,,/low" state during the self-controlled musical instrument practise and the influence of teacher's educational and pedagogical style on this type of motivation
Exclusion of limitation of right to completion of a blank bill of exchange
Slavíček, Jan ; Čech, Petr (advisor) ; Patěk, Daniel (referee)
Exclusion of limitation of right to completion of a blank bill of exchange Abstract Blank bill of exchange is an intentionally incomplete instrument that is meant to be fulfilled in order to become a complete bill of exchange. The owner of the blank bill of exchange exercises his/her right to fulfill a blank bill of exchange by completing the prearranged requirements. The thesis focuses mainly on the time limitation of the right to fulfill a blank bill of exchange. The fulfillment of a blank bill of exchange is performed by the owner of a blank bill of exchange by exercising his right to fulfill a blank bill of exchange. This thesis focuses on the time limitation of the right to fulfill a blank bill of exchange. By exercising this right, the owner of a blank bill of exchange validates the bill of exchange. The absence of time limitation becomes especially significant when the maturity date of the bill of exchange is missing. In these circumstances, the owner of a blank bill of exchange has no time limitation for executing his right. According to the constant case-law of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, the right to fulfill a blank bill of exchange shall not be subject to the Statute of Limitations or any other time limitation. The presented thesis addresses the question as to whether the right to...
Financial Stability and Fragile Banking Systems
Svoboda, Svatopluk ; Geršl, Adam (advisor) ; Slavíček, Ján (referee)
Diploma thesis deals with questions about financial sectors stability assessment. Within the theoretical part, overview of current state of research is presented, along with so-far reached frameworks for such an analysis on international basis. It focuses mainly of results obtained by two most renowned international financial institutions, International Monetary Fund and European Central Bank. The practical part of diploma thesis is dedicated to construction of aggregated Banking Sector Fragility Index (BSFI), and comparison of its outputs to actual banking sector fragility development in chosen countries. Second underlying motivation is to test, whether evolution of BSFI for given countries coincide with "hypothetical banking sector crisis" model. The model is also introduced in the thesis. BSFI is constructed for 6 countries, and obtained results are discussed with respect to mentioned motivation in 3 of them, for banking sectors of Czech Republic, Estonia and Japan.
