Theoretical part describes what is marketing research, customer, his satisfaction and marketing itself. Following by an analysis of the current environment and compiling a questionnaire survey based on analytical part. Thesis contains own suggestion for the increase of customer satisfaction in the store.

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of a marketing strategy for a company engaged in the sale of audio equipment. The work presents the theoretical basis of marketing strategy, analyzes the company's environment and its current situation. Based on the findings, a draft marketing strategy is developed including recommendations for product, pricing, distribution and communication strategies with an emphasis on online marketing, which represent a way to reach the company's marketing goals.

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to design a marketing strategy for an advertising agency / design studio. The theoretical part contains a comprehensive overview of the marketing issues, marketing mix and marketing strategies. There is also included a creation of the analysis of external and internal company environment, project management and STP process. The current situation is discussed in the analytical part of the diploma thesis. The appropriate recommendation are defined according to realization of the marketing research through questionnaires and afterwards suitable marketing strategy is created for two years.

Hlavním cílem je tedy zjistit, jestli je toto rozšíření proveditelné a jestli může společnosti eventuelně generovat zisk. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty informace nezbytné k provedení dalších částí práce – analytické a praktické. Analytická část obsahuje analýzu Velké Británie jako potenciálního trhu a analýzu společnosti samotné. V praktické části je rozebrán souhrn aktivit, které společnost musí podstoupit, aby mohla úspěšně expandovat.

The diploma thesis deals with the marketing communication of a selected mountain hotel and proposes own recommendations in the marketing communication of the hotel. The presented recommendations serve to increase awareness of the hotel and to strengthen relationships with its clients. The own proposals are based on the performed analyzes of the marketing environment of the hotel and the evaluated own research. The research is conducted via questionnaire survey. The paper also outlines the theoretical background of the used methods, marketing communications of business in services and the specifics of tourism services.
Management of Stakeholder Satisfaction with Service Quality of Higher Education Institutions

This work focuses on the management of university stakeholder satisfaction with the service quality of these institutions. It examines the links between satisfaction, stakeholders, and service quality. This work deals with different approaches and methods of service quality satisfaction measurement and the emphasis is placed especially on tertiary education. The following goals and hypotheses were formulated on the basis of theoretical knowledge obtained from scientific publications. The main aim of this work is to suggest a new model for management of stakeholder satisfaction with the service quality of tertiary institutions. The second main aim is to suggest a new method of analysis of student satisfaction with the service quality of tertiary institutions. There is a close connection between both main targets and students are considered as clients in this dissertation. Hypotheses and sub-goals are also closely related to the main aim. They are formulated in such a way as to help reach the main targets and verify the suggested method in practice. For instance, the identification of stakeholders of tertiary institutions is one of the sub-goals of this work and its accomplishment significantly helped to fulfil the main targets. The sub-goals are also focused on the area of marketing communications. Marketing communication is the integral part of the suggested model for management of stakeholder satisfaction with the service quality of tertiary institutions. Therefore, one sub-goal is to formulate a set of recommendations which will improve marketing communication of tertiary institutions with their stakeholder. The author produced this dissertation on the basis of theoretical knowledge from scientific literature written by Czech and foreign authors and also conducted research. The primary research was done using the following techniques: individual interviews, focus groups and a (questionnaire) survey. The results of the primary research were analysed using the applications Microsoft Office Excel, Statistics and QC. Expert.Microsoft. The data analysed from the primary research was used to define the importance of individual stakeholders within the suggested model of satisfaction management. On the basis of the results provided, the criteria was identified and then used to evaluate their importance for measurement of student satisfaction with service quality. Moreover, the results obtained by primary research enabled the statistical verification or refutation of the hypotheses of the dissertation.

The first, theoretical part, defines the basic concepts that are necessary for the overall understanding of the topic. The second, analytical part, describes the current state of the sport club and includes marketing research in the form of a questionnaire survey. The last part contains suggestions for improvement of marketing communication on the basis of performed analyses and survey.
On-line marketing communication

The bachelor thesis is focused on the online marketing communication of Hotel Passage in Brno. The thesis is based on the terms defined in the theoretical part, which is followed by an analytical part, which contains an analysis of the current marketing and communication mix of the hotel and a questionnaire survey. Based on the performed analyzes and the results of the questionnaire survey, it proposes suitable measures leading to the improvement of online marketing communication with customers.
Product Marketing Strategy

The bachelor thesis is focused on product marketing strategy of the family company Zlatnictví Dukát, situated in Vítkov. The first part is dealing with the theoretical knowledge and is defining marketing terms in detail. Analytical part is focused on the exploration of the current enterprise situation due to appropriately chosen marketing methods and last but not least also on the customers research, realized on the basis of empirical inquiry. According to the final results there is new marketing strategy proposed which is usable for a new product introduction and to achieve better promotions, merchandise sales and profits increase.
