Chess Program with Various Chess Variations
Mydliar, Ján ; Křena, Bohuslav (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
The main task was create a program allowing human play against the computer and computer to computer with the option selected variants of chess. To start work describes algorithms for playing games and their various features. The following is a copy of selected options, evaluation function, the changes on top of the program and the graphical user interface.
Docking Station for Automatic Charging of Batteries of Robot
Beran, Jan ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create a functional docking and charging system for the Trilobot robot, which is improved and modified for use in future projects as a part of this thesis. The theoretical part discusses the path planning methods, battery types and charging methods, types of docking stations and the charging method itself. Also, a robot refurbishment design is presented, which is then implemented, along with the docking station. The refurbished robot has functional control software in the ROS framework, which allows it to perform not only the task of autonomous battery charging. In this thesis, a test of the whole system is also performed and the results are evaluated.
Probabilistic Localization of Mobile Robot
Kopečný, Tomáš ; Luža, Radim (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
Motion control, navigation and sense of orientation of a mobile robot are tied to development of every mobile robot. This work concerns mainly about robot localization in the sense of orientation in space. Nevertheless, nor other aspects of mobile robotics are being omitted. Therefore, the goal of this work is to get familiar with Monte Carlo localization algorithm and apply this algorithm on a real robot.
Cooking Advisor for iOS
Vaďura, Martin ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a mobile application for iOS devices that allows easy sharing of recipes. The design was developed in diagrams or Figma tool. The implementation is in swift language using CoreData, CloudKit, VisonKit, SwiftUI frameworks. The focus in the design and implementation was on usability, extensibility and synchronization with cloud storage in sync with persistent storage. The thesis discusses iOS application development tools, analysis of each technology, design and implementation of the application and finally testing of the application.
Methods of Social Network Analysis for Data Mining
Machulka, Tomáš ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Samek, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes some of many methods for social network analysis. There is also a description of the data visualization. The thesis contains description of implementation of aplication for social network analysis using several methods. Output of analysis is confronted with output of other software for social network analysis.
Analysis of Market Results
Jakubík, Martin ; Hrubý, Martin (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis of trading results generated by trading on the stock exchange. Introductory section explains the issue of expert advisors and position sizing models. The next section deal creation expert advisor and creation of library for position sizing models. Knowledges are analyzed in the test part of the work. Finally, we apply knowledges to automatic evaluation of risk to the trading system.
Application for Processing of a Photographed Text
Genčúr, Martin ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Grulich, Lukáš (advisor)
This work introduces main approches for converting a photographed text into black and white form. It analyses particular methods being used for this task. Following part describes implementation of the application performing a conversion. The program is tested with suitable data (coloured picture, a picture with various shades etc.) and illustrates the usability of the application. The thesis also contains an introduction to optical character recognition (OCR) and suggests potential ways of development of this application.
Five in a Row
Vrtílek, Michal ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This Bachelor's Thesis describes the desing and implementation of artificial intelligence for the board game Five in a row. The main goal of this thesis is to create an application able to communicate with the Manager For Board Games with the use of network communication and being able to play the board game Five in a row on a suitable level. This work contains theoretical parts about the history and rules of Five in a row and it's variations, about the possibilities of use of artificial intelligence in this game and about the structure of aplications used for playing it. It's concern is about the actual desing and implementation of said application, including it's controls. In the end I evaluate achieved results and propose additional directions for the program development.
Chess
Valsa, Vít ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
The main purpose of my bachelor's thesis was to create the chess computer game software with graphic user interface and to design and develop an algorithm of chess computer with learning ability. It was also necessary to create an interface to the board games manager. In the first part of my work I present the chess game rules and already existing chess game software and specialised chess computers. The next part discusses the mini-max algorithm and other derived algorithms and their possible improvements. The main part of the work deals in description of design and realization of the developed application. The user interface and functionality of the application is also described. In the conclusion the achieved results are summarized and the possible directions of further development of the application are described.
Chess Program for Bughouse Variant
Staňa, Marek ; Křena, Bohuslav (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis describes process of creating a chess program playing Bughouse variant allowing to play against human or other programs. Firstly explains difference in Bughouse rules from classic chess, main part is about artificial intelligence. It compares individual methods used for making chess programs and adapts them to Bughouse variant.
