E-learning and Its Use in Tuition of Social Sciences

This doctoral thesis provides a comprehensive treatise of contemporary modern methods of education including e-learning. In its preface the author presents its content, purpose, basis and objectives and sets the main goal of the thesis, namely an intention to analyse and evaluate the latest trends in e-learning, modern forms of education and use of information technology in organisation of studies. Sub-objectives of this dissertation relate to the structure of its prime objective and correspond with its individual chapters in which it presents the history of e-learning within the history of science and institutional education, evaluates the position of e-learning and other modern forms of education in the scope of political and legislative priorities of the European Union and of the Czech Republic and presents several core strategic and legislative documents covering this area also in connection with the concept of lifelong learning. The key theoretical part of the thesis contains a detailed overview of main theoretical issues related to e-learning and other modern forms of education in contemporary local and international literature. The evaluation system for educational projects within EU grants

My diploma work concerns the evaluation of educational projects submitted for financial support from European funds. It includes the description of related processes and highlights the importance of financial support for education, benefiting the growth of society. The aim of this submission is to align the processes of specialists in the field of human resources development focused on evaluation of submitted projects. The results of their evaluations have great influence in the selection of valuable educational projects which are to be receive financial support and the chance to be realized. To this end, the quality of the evaluation process has a direct effect on the realization of the right quality of development human resources in the Czech Republic. I have chosen this topic of my diploma work due to the topicality and importance to support the whole society through the development of human resources. My diploma work systematically summarize all aspects of the mentioned process and helps to clarify the way how to realize projects under the current conditions.
Efficiency work team bottom to getting and development of competences

This bachelor work pursues attention to the employee-competence and to their development on the background of teamwork. You can find here some terms, which usually stay out of discussion, but there is no substitution for them in teamwork, for example synergic effect, trust and coherence. This work defines the term competence and thinks about its acquaintance among the people. Quite a lot of time was dedicated to the theme of influence of the competences on the organization, mostly by putting in corporate processes leading to the CBM. The next important theme is management based on competence from the point of view of strategic and human source preparation of the organization. Last but not least the development of team competences and the important elements for their realization are discussed. The entire result of this bachelor work is an advance to the modem character of business, which is in relation with the development of individuals and teams in corporations. There is an effort to utilize the most modem methods of management, that require employees, who are not only goog professional prepared and able to learn new knowledges and skills, essential for their specialization, but employees with requested personal features, too. 6
Educational attainment as a factor enabling flexible working arrangements for women on maternity leave in the Czech Republic

Presented work analyzes the influence of educational attainment in comparison with other factors that enable women on maternity or parental leave in the Czech Republic to actively participate in the labour market using flexible working arrangements. There are subjective and objective factors that may influence decisions of women active in the labour market. The work describes in detail following: selected tools of the social politics, cultural influence, preferences of individual women, need of another income in the household or division of labour with the partner. These influences are examined on examples of particular women using a method of semistructured interviews in qualitative survey. This work is compared with statistical data and relevant results of existing surveys. An assumption of presented work is the fact, that women with a higher education are better equipped to use possible options of available flexible working arrangements. The results of this survey confirm the assumption to a certain level, however it points also to other factors that are at least of the same importance as the level of attained education.

The Development of Staff through Further Corporate Learning (in sellected productive company)

The bachelor thesis deals with further corporated learning. The thesis includes theoretical knowledge about corporate training, further description of the education system in the selected productive company, and a comparison of theory and applied practice. In the theoretical part there are defined terms related to the field of business education, such as learning, education, corporated and professional training, staff development and also the concepts of employee and company. Other subsections are devoted to strategic and systematic training in business, personnel department as part of an organization that provides these activities, corporates culture as one of the main factors that affects the manner and conditions of learning, learning organizations as an ideal model of corporated learning and also there is dedicated space for summary of the reasons and advantages of training activities in the company. The support of education and employability of Roma population in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis addresses the current Roma population from an educational and employment perspective and also investigates specific tools to address these two key topics. The thesis begins with a chapter on the history of Roma from which an improved comprehension of the current educational and employment situation can be derived. To present the critical points in the education I focus on aspects of educational differences, individual levels of the school system and tools, that eliminate the formation of these differences. Education of adults Roma is provided by the government and non-profit organizations are instrumental tools for improving the employment competitiveness of Roma. Integration of Roma in the workplace support the active politics of the employer and also specific projects of independent non-profit organizations. The activities, with the goal of supporting Roma in both education and employement, is the topic of the last chapter. From the selected projects, the key principles regarding their effectiveness are investigated and they are: the scope of national politics, local partnership, involvement of Roma themselves, mutual goals settings, synergy of activities and an essential individual involvement.
