The thesis is focused on the change of marketing communication of TechFides Solutions s.r.o. The thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part describesthe basic marketing concepts. In the second part the currentstate of the company is analytically elaborated. And in the last part, based on the analyses made, suggestions for improving marketing communication are made. The aim of the proposalsisto improve the image of the company, to attract new customers and to improve its position in the market.

Sea surface temperature variability in the North Atlantic and its effect on temperature and precipitation in Europe

The sea surface temperature (SST) of the North Atlantic (NA) has a demonstrable impact on Europe's climate. The main purpose of this final thesis is to investigate the long-term evolution of SST in SA and to describe the influence of SST change in NA on temperatures and precipitation in Europe. For this purpose, the freely available HadISST database from the Met Office Hadley Centre Observations datasets was chosen. The study period 1980-2019 was chosen so that the data would not be affected by switching to a different measurement type or processing method, and also by the inclusion of satellite measurements. This means that the data was acquired after the start of satellite measurements, which provides a much higher quality and more comprehensive coverage of the area. The next step was to calculate the average monthly and annual SSTs in the NA area of interest. Monthly mean SSTs ranged from 2,3 řC in the coldest month of March to the highest measured mean SST of 18,5 řC in August. The average annual SST of the area of interest was 10,5 řC over the 40 years analysed. Next, monthly and annual trends were detected from 1980-2019. The altitudinal dependence of long-term surface air temperature changes Abstract In this work there is summarized the scientific literature which is focused on the spatial distribution of long-term surface air temperature changes, specifically on the altitudinal dependence of warming rate. In this text this dependence is analyzed both globally and in several major mountain regions. The greatest attention is paid to the Swiss Alps, where is the largest network of weather stations and there should be achieved reliable results. Furthermore, this work refers to mechanisms that cause different rates of warming at different altitudes, such as snow-albedo feedback or changes in the frequency of fog and cloud. The aim of the practical part is then to analyze surface temperature trends in the Czech Republic and to assess the altitudinal dependence of long-term surface air temperature changes in our country. The relationships between atmospheric circulation and surface climatic elements in Europe Lucie Pokorná Abstract The variability of atmospheric circulation is the most important factor determining the changes in surface climatic elements. In this work, the relationship between atmospheric circulation and surface climatic elements like the temperature and the precipitation amounts and occurrence over the European region and some other climatic elements in central Europe is focused. The atmospheric circulation during the year is represented by modes of low-frequency circulation variability in sea level pressure (SLP) and 500-hPa heights (Z500) obtained by using statistical method "Principal component analysis". The Pearson correlation coefficient is used to describe the relationship between modes and climatic elements. Four circulation patterns in Z500 over Euro-Atlantic sector influence climate in Europe all over the year: the North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) pattern, the East Atlantic (EA) pattern, and two Eurasian patterns (EU1, EU2). There were found patterns in SLP that strongly correlate with modes of the Z500 and influence surface climate similar way. Conception of the nature and endangered species preservation in the Czech Republic at primary and secondary schools

The aim of the presented MSc thesis determines a conception of the nature and endangered species preservation in the area of the Czech Republic. This conception is as an integral part of human life and it creates the environmental education level in present society survey, particularly in 9th grade of primary schools and 3rd grade of secondary schools. It is arranged as a systematic manual containing extending information for teachers of primary and secondary schools. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on general and daily used topics in school textbooks, social life and media e.g. historic, geographic and legislation questions. This part has dealt with a classification of preserved areas in the Czech republic including detailed description of mammal species mentioned in school biological textbooks and also have occurred in those areas. The main aim of next empirical thesis part is mapping of the knowledge level in the reference classes at primary and secondary schools by a special questionnaire applied before and after a thematic project lecture. The comparison of these both results derived from the references classis shows obvious improvements in studied topics after project lectures applying. The Processing of Climatologic Records from Experimental Locations in Kyrgyzstan and the Synoptic-climatologic Interpretation Thereof

The Charles University Faculty of Science KFGG team took part in an intensive research in the area of Kyrgyz glacial lakes. The collecting of records from three meteorological stations in the locations of Kolor (2,700 m above sea level) and Adygine (3,500 and 3,800 meters above sea level) was part of the research. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the homogeneity of climatic data measured in experimental locations using the SNHT method (Standard Normal Homogeneity Test), process the data using general climatological processes, create a classification of circulation types for the area of interest using Jenkinson's and Collinson's method, and finally, to quantify the relationships between individual circulation types and the values of chosen climatic elements. The analysis results are homogenized climatic sets for the Adygine H station (3,800 m above sea level) and a summary of basic statistics and trends of climatic elements in the area. Furthermore, a catalogue of circulation types was created for the period from August 2007 to July 2011, and finally, the relationships between individual circulation types and manifestations of climate elements (air temperature, precipitation and global radiation). Prerequisites for the obligation to compensate for personal injury from the provision of health services This rigorous thesis is aimed on prerequisites which must be fulfilled in order to qualify for the compensation for the personal injury, taking into account the specifics that are related to the provision of health services. In case of dispute is the most difficult to prove infringement of the doctor and the causation between the infringement and subsequent damage. For this reason, together with the personal injury part, this is the core of this thesis. In this thesis, I first focus on civil liability in general and build on the issue of civil liability with regard to the provision of health services. There is also a chapter dedicated to health services and directly embedding this area in the legislation. The other parts are divided according to the individual assumptions of the obligation to compensate for personal injury, namely the infringement, the personal injury, the causation and the culpability. In each section, I try to bring the assumption on a general level and consequently with regard to the specifics that are associated with the provision of health services. Souhrn Název práce: Fotografická projekce opory těla u dětí s poporodní parézou plexus brachialis Název práce v angličtině: Photographic projection of body support with children afflicted with postpartum paresis ofbrachial plexus Cíle práce: Zaznamenat posturální situaci dětí s diagnózou poporodní paréza plexus brachialis na fotografiích snímaných zespodu skrze průhlednou podložku a zjistit, jestli fotografie odpovídají klinickým pozorováním a je-li možné .na základě fotografií určit, zda došlo po terapii reflexní lokomocí ke kvalitativním změnám ve smyslu zlepšení funkce postižené HK. Metody: Byla provedena slepá studie, při které měly fyzioterapeutky posoudit klinický stav kojenců s diagnózou poporodní paréza plexus brachialis zaznamenaný na fotografiích snímaných zespodu skrze průhlednou podložku. Výsledky: Výsledky získané po zpracování dotazníků ukazují na to, že není možné na základě fotografií dělat závěry týkající se diagnostiky či terapeutického efektu.
