Analysis of computer literacy courses offer for elderly people in Prague

The thesis deals with the issue of computer literacy of elderly people and the offer of these courses in Prague. First part of the thesis is devoted to theoretical and analytical introduction of terms such as old age, aging, age, older adult, literacy and education of elderly people. This part also provides a deeper insight into gerontagogy and gerontodiadactics related to ICT literacy. The second part contains an analysis of the internet offer of computer literacy courses in Prague and the results of the quantitative questionnaire survey. These results are analysed and explained. Then the specified hypotheses are evaluated on their base. The thesis is written on the base of a comparison of scholarly sources from Czech and foreign authors and on analysis and synthesis of the data identified in the survey. This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of internal company communication. This thesis is divided into theoretical pand ractical parts. The theoretical part describes a summary of verified scientific knowledge, which are applied in the practical part. In the practical part, the shortcomings of internal company communication in the company POOR – TRADE, v.o.s. are identified by means of a questionnaire survey. Based on these shortcomings, individual procedures for their optimization are proposed.

This diploma thesis deals with the marketing mix of a company that imports cosmetics products from Hungary to the Czech market. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is theoretical, it explains the basic concepts of marketing, marketing mix and marketing environment, which are related to the topic. This is followed by the analytical part, in which an analysis of the marketing mix and marketing environment in the Czech Republic of the company are performed. The analytical part also includes a research part, which deals with the adjustment of the company's marketing mix and addressing a new target segment. The last part is a proposal part, in which, based on the analytical part, proposals and recommendations are presented from the point of view of the marketing mix for gaining new customers.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

The master´s thesis focuses on the financial analysis of the company – a private limited company, whose business is software development. The theoretical part deals with the interpretation of important concepts, which are linked to financial analysis. The next section is already calculated the financial analysis of the company for the period 2006 - 2010. Was used an analysis of both horizontal and vertical analysis statement balance sheet and profit and loss account. Furthermore, I evaluated the differential indicators, profitability, activity, liquidity, debt service ratios, of course there is a comprehensive index of IN 05 and Altman's index of financial soundness. This chapter is followed by a summary evaluation forms as part of that would be helping a company improve its financial situation and the end of the work concludes.

Sickness and family benefits in Sweden and France

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate selected social security systems in Sweden and France. It is conducted through comparative analysis of sickness and family benefits. Document is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical introduction of the concept of social security and the definition of terms such as social security or social policy. The second chapter is dedicated to the Swedish social security. It contains a description of the basic characteristics of the Swedish social security and deep study of the sickness and family benefits. Chapter three uses the same structure as the previous chapter but with a focus on France. The fourth chapter compares the historical context of social systems, specifies significant differences in sickness and family benefits, the concept of family policy and gender equality in both countries.

Social security in Sweden

The aim of bachelor thesis is the analyse of social security in Sweden. The thesis is divided into eleven chapters. First one defines basic terms like social security, social insurance and social policy. The second one describes basic principles of functioning of social security in Sweden. The third one contains all methods of funding of social security and the fourth one gives an introduction to history of social security in Sweden. Next seven chapters describe details of all systems such as health insurance, system of sickness benefits, work injuries benefits, disability allowances, system of family benefits, system of pensions and system of support in case of unemployment. In conclusion are all presented information summarised.
