Model of Sanitary Equipment of E-shop

Bachelor´s thesis includes designing model of e-shop with the sanitary equipment. There are described basic theoretical concepts and problems associated with this form of trading involved. The work also describes the modules and functions of Internet trade area, discusses the legislation, opportunities for promotion, the ordering and payment in e-commerce environment.
Analysis of Social Media Content Discussing Czech Mobile Operators

The main topic of this thesis is sentiment analysis of posts obtained from a social networks. The posts are about czech mobile network operators. The essential part of implemented system is also data visualization. The sentiment analysis is done using machine learning techniques. Downloaded posts are cleaned, lemmatized and transformed to feature vectors. Stochastic Gradient Descent algorithm is used for classification. Analyzed data are visualized in charts and as the list of posts. The system provides tools for text categorization. The accuracy, precision, recall and F1 score of sentiment analysis is about 75%. The accuracy of post categorization is high (about 80%), but precision, recall and F1 score are low (about 30%). This is the reason why post categorization isn't automatically done. The benefit of the system it that it automatically collects data from different sources, analysis them and displays them. It also provides tools for manual change of sentiment/categories which can lead to better system characteristics with some help of users.

This diploma thesis deals with the selection and implementation of information system for a small company. It describes the basic theoretical concepts and problems connected with the area of information systems. The work includes analysis of the current state, determination of the main requirements and parameters of the new information system, assessment of selected variants, selection of a suitable system, implementation, economic evaluation and summary of the expected benefits.

Public Sector Marketing Communications - Comparing the Czech Republic vs the Principality of Liechtenstein

This thesis deals with the current situation in the use of marketing communications activities in the realm of the public sector. After placing the issue of the work, followed by an explanation of the significance of marketing communication use in the state sector, the share of public sector to create the image of law, the importance of linking public sector - citizen in relation to the perception of non-commercial sector. The text outlines the methodology for the use of marketing communication strategies in public administration, and there are examples of communication techniques which public institutions in the Czech Republic use. The next chapter deals with similar situations in the Principality of Liechtenstein including a comparison with the Czech Republic. The practical part deals with the marketing research among Czech citizens and institutions of governance in the country related to the thesis topic.

This diploma thesis deals with the communication strategy of STUDENT AGENCY Company. The main aim is to analyze and describe all the principles, possibilities and targets of marketing communication, as well as show how the communication mix can be set and optimized. The theoretical part of the paper shows basic instruments of marketing known as 4P, one of which is promotion (as well known as marketing communication). Here we can find all the instruments of communication mix which can be used, as well as other needed information about the factors which affect the management of marketing communication. The practical part deals with a concrete situation in STUDENT AGENCY Company, explains relationships between the competitors and the whole transportation industry. Because the company operates also in tourism sector, these business activities are mentioned, too. The basic promotional mix of STUDENT AGENCY is introduced, as well as the most important reproaches. At the end the future line of marketing communication is foreshadowed. The main benefit of this paper is the complex vision of the company and its marketing communication, which helps to create a compact opinion to the present and future condition of the communication strategy of STUDENT AGENCY.
