Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením návrhu pro rozvoj penzionu a restaurace. Jedná se o vytvoření externích a interních analýz pro danou firmu. Hlavním cílem je na základě vyhodnocených analýz vytvořit plán pro budoucí rozvoj malé firmy, která podniká v oboru ubytování a stravování. The purpose of the theses is to make a business plan for the hotel with restaurant. The external and internal factor analyses are used for the given enterprise. The company is in restaurant and accommodation industry. The main focus is to create a plan and identify opportunities for the future growth.
